“Completely surprised and intrigued with the menu. This is NOT a Mexican food restaurant as the name might fool you. The shrimp taco wrapped in seaweed paper was so fresh tasting,crunchy and absolutely delish. Fried rice served in your own skillet and you mix the egg in was the best! The smores waffle with homemade custard ice-cream was to die for. Bartender Robbie is a pro mixologist with really new style drinks. This place was a treat and I cant wait to go back. Also the service was perfect!“

“Great fresh halal Mexican food. At this point my baby is going to come out wearing a sombrero because of how often I eat here 😂. In all honesty, the food slaps and I always leave feeling satisfied. Preggo lady approved. 👍🏼 I always recommend the loaded nachos(birria of course), birria quesadilla and the birria tacos. Chicken burritos are also delish, I personally avoid the California burrito because I feel it’s too salty.“

“Best Birria tacos in Rockland County. I have had them dozens and dozens of times from here either in person or doordash and always top tier. The presentation is perfect and they are not comparable to anything else I have ever tried in the area. If you are a fan of hot sauces, the orange sauce it comes with on the side will have you asking for a second cup of it. The birria tacos never disappoint as they never have any fat in them like other places around the area.“

Food was delicious and Enrique was awesome very hospitable made the whole experience even better.
Served hot and wait time was no more than 5-10min for our food.

“Best tacos ever . I’ve been a client since the Sombrero truck on Market St in between Checkers and post office . Then they moved to union blvd . I’ve taken my immediate family ,taken friends , when my outer states visitors come is the first place they get taken to also!! Really everything is made fresh and there’s not one dish I can pick over another !! Can’t wait to get back from Puerto Rico to get some real tacos !!! Pa alante !!!“

“Awesome!! 5 star are not enough. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Food is super delish!! We had the seafood soup, the virgin tacos( a true hit) the burritos( tortillas de harina) the fish filete came w rice and black beans and salad natural juices and all was simply great. The size of the food are really good I could t even finish and took to go. My kids were happy and couldn’t even stop eating. From food to desert to service all top of the line“
“Wonderful burritos!! Try the steak (carne asada) burritos. They're the best. I do have to say I do wonder if maybe adding different toppings like corn salsa like in other major chain restaurants. I think it would be a game changer for customers that like it. But overall a 0/10.“

“The Ridgewood location offers a fun, casual seating area with a laid-back vibe, simple and quick ordering, and top-notch service. The food is high-quality, authentic Mexican made with fresh ingredients—the fresh cilantro adds a wonderful fragrance to the dishes. Everything we tried was delicious, from the flavorful burrito box to the standout seasoned street corn and the tasty chips and guac. A variety of house-made sauces and a refreshing guava drink added a special touch to the meal, making for a great overall experience that's well worth a visit.“
“This food truck is the best spot for late night cravings. I believe that this food truck is only open for a certain amount of hours at night and days throughout the week. You’ll most likely catch them on the weekends. The food is good and the price is decent. No complaints!“

“Covid review. Delivery and take out only so check the menu before coming or call ahead to save you time. Definitely good chicken/beef tacos for the road but the bowls are probably my go to for sure. Home made juices to go definitely a keeper anytime I order.“

“I’ve been here a few times and it never disappoints. The tacos are always fresh and full of flavor, and you can tell everything is made with quality ingredients. The restaurant is super clean, the atmosphere is really nice, and the staff is always friendly. If you’re looking for good tacos in Hackensack, this is definitely a spot worth trying. “Wow. Just wow. We’ve been enjoying the delicious food here since the soft open last summer! Always excellent, never disappoints!! In addition to a small but very well executed list of main dishes, standouts are the Crispy Vermicelli and Pork Belly Satay appetizers and the Ding Ding dessert!
