“Our “go to” when visiting Hoboken from out of town is Leo’s Grandevous. Since we had already eaten there this trip, we sought out a new restaurant last Saturday (12/27/25). Very glad we found Zach’s and we’ve added it to our “must visit” list. The restaurant has a great comfortable feel. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional, and the meal was 5 Star. Highly recommend Zach’s.“

“Never disappointed when we eat here. My boys and I will try something different every time we come but my husband loves the Garlic and Oil Pasta and he gets it every time.(No protein added since he says it spoils it.) I do believe his heart would be broken 💔if it ever comes off of the menu.“

“Very intimate vibes. I took my partner for his birthday. We ordered a bottle of wine, the wild boar ragu and cacio e Pepe. My partner didn’t enjoy his cacio e pepe as much. I loved the wild boar ragu, the flavor was on point. Arancini were pretty good too. Overall we had a good time.“

A decent bar near a college.
The vibes have been frat bro and adults who still think they’re in frats each time I’ve been.
That being said, staffs always been nice and it does have a good social atmosphere where you can meet people / make new friends if you want.
Would recommend giving it a try and seeing if it’s for you.“

“We had two Black Truffle 'Shroom Burgers, French Fries and a Coke. The burgers were delicious. Well presented too. Average pricing. Nice ambiance for a fast food joint. Good service. Friendly staff.

“We had our annual holiday dinner with friends on 12/21/25. We were a party of 9. The service was fantastic. Tiernan was our server and he and the team were exceptional. Great cocktails and menu recommendations. Friendly and attentive without being intrusive at all. We will definitely be back.“
