But, if I'm really being honest, it is the staff there that keeps me coming back each day I work from the office. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in, greeted by name with my customary order already on its way to being made and I don't even need to give them my name or phone number for the loyalty program, such is their attention to customer service. I was presently surprised to see that they had mini challah loaves, as a larger one would be too much for me and my Dad. The staff is always pleasant. It's the go-to Jewish bakery.
