“Went to Flounder Brewing Co. on April 17 for a live show and was genuinely blown away. The venue strikes a perfect balance between intimate and energetic. You are close enough to really feel the music, but there’s still plenty of room to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole place had a welcoming, unpretentious vibe that made it easy to settle in. Of course, the beer lineup didn’t disappoint either, solid variety and quality across the board.
If you’re looking for a spot that combines great live music with excellent craft beer, this is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back“

“If you’re looking for an event space at a good price with great beer, this is the one! I rented out the private event space over the weekend for my husband’s 40th and we had an awesome time. The space was exactly what we needed and the tables the brewery had were perfect for our set up. Because we could do food from any local vendor, this helped us make the event what we wanted and the staff were great about getting a table set up in a good spot for our buffet line. I worked directly with Liz to get everything arranged and she was super easy to work with and really fast to respond. She even came in a half hour before normal so we could get more set up time. And of course, I can’t forget the best part - the beer was awesome! I even had a friend who said they liked it, and they aren’t a big beer drinker. Since we a little short of hitting the min budget, we were offered the opportunity to get beer to go, a gift card, or merch. It was nice to have options, but we definitely went with the beer to go! Thanks again to Liz and crew.“

“My husband and I were walking around Princeton in intense 90 degree heat and we hadn’t been to Triumph yet so we decided to stop in for a drink and to cool down. We went to the upstairs resturant and WOW were we impressed. The bar, lounge, and main dining room are just stunning! Even the restrooms were well done and clean! There was a jazz band that went on at 6 pm in the lounge and they were great, not too loud, just perfect. We ate at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Jackie, our truly exceptional bartender and server for the evening. As amazing as the restaurant was and as amazing as the food was, she was even more amazing and just added so much to our experience. She’s friendly, kind, pays attention to details and checked on us many times as well. We honestly feel like we made a friend tonight!!! We will definitely be coming back with our family and we definitely want to see Jackie again!!“
