“Are you looking for fresh, homemade pasta? This is your place. I had the chicken ragu over campanelle. It was so light and delicious. The ragu tasted like it was cooked for hours, chicken and carrot pieces in every bite. The rosemary Focaccia, was like I made it myself, light and fluffy with just the right amount of everything!
We ended are visit with some pretty amazing homemade choc chip cookie gelato sandwiches rolled in Oreo. Wow!
You can order and sit at bar, outside tables, or grab yours to go. Porta Rossa Pasta has so many homemade sauces and fresh delectables you have to check it out. Don't miss this little gem, hidden in Maplewood, NJ.“

“Went in with my father for lunch. It was my first time and as a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania I can definitely say we don’t have anything like this place back home. Staff is so friendly and the food is phenomenal. Definitely worth the 2 hours ride from pa. P.S, please open a Scranton location 😂“

“We had dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and were lucky enough to have Bella as our waitress. She told us right away that she was new and still in training, so my sister and I joked that we'd be extra nice to her—but honestly, she didn't need any extra help!

Bella was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She took our drink order promptly, answered all of our questions about the menu with confidence, and kept a close eye on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and genuine care made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

We live in Maryland and Florida, so unfortunately we probably won't have the opportunity to dine here again. But we wanted to make sure Ruby Tuesday knows what an amazing asset Bella is to your restaurant. She has a wonderful attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a bright future ahead of her. “I’ve now catered from here twice, and both experiences were excellent. Our large orders were prepared perfectly and included meatballs, penne vodka, chicken francese, eggplant parm, Mediterranean orzo salad, a cheese antipasto platter, and a variety of sandwich platters. Everything was ready on time, packaged nicely, and enjoyed by everyone. Beyond the catering, the Nutley Sandwich and the daily made mozzarella are delicious. Thank you to George and the entire team for the great food and service. Highly recommended!“

“i came here for lunch for the first time… i used to come here often as a little girl and get ravioli with my mom and i decided to come back.. i was pleasantly surprised to see how much they had to offer on their menu! i was torn between the eggplant parm sandwich and the fish sandwich i ended up getting the fish one and it was so yummy i added pesto sauce to it which took it up a notch and the pickles on the sandwich was an interesting but needed surprise! i’m glad to know the food here is as yummy as i remember it being as a young girl! i will be back“

“Only came to pick up their version of smash burgers and was pleasantly surprised to find out how popular their pizza is. (Yes it's a pizza shop, but not MY pizza shop) The homemade cookies are worth coming in for but don't be surprised if they're gone.“
