“I am a resident of Florida. Every time I visit my son in Pennsylvania, I make it a point to visit Rasoi in Iselin NJ for sumptuous Sunday buffet. Rasoi is one of the very few Indian restaurants in continental USA where you get to enjoy the most delicious Indian food. I love Rasoi. Wish NJ was my home state.“

“We usually go to a place in Hackensack but there was and issue today that the manager/owner would not rectify. We opted to go more locally to Arirang instead. Best decision EVER!!! From our talented and witty chef Sando to our excellent server Elisa, we had the time of our lives. The show and food was plentiful and DELICIOUS! Our server was not only pleasant, but efficient also. She made sure that we were good on multiple occasions. My daughter who did not attend collects chopsticks so I grabbed a few stained ones from our table, she immediately replaced those with not only new ones but two different types of chopsticks without us asking. “Tasty food with lots of choices for the whole family. We did takeout for 5 items: --Wok Fried Noodles - bouncy and satisfying! --Bao Sampler Platter - Really good, especially with chili oil! This came with different fillings: Pork with Scallion, Chicken with Corn, and Beef with Onion and you can have them steamed or fried. I super recommend getting their add-on of Spicy Minced Pork Chili Oil which really elevates this dish. --Jasmine Boba Tea (customized for my request of zero ice, zero sugar) - pretty good, but the boba was kinda hard. --Crab and Pork Soup Dumplings - Pretty good. These are very likely much better eaten in the restaurant. In general, the filling was slightly too dense and the wrapper was a little too thick compared to the same dish I've had elsewhere. --Bao Chicken - A family fave. This came with 3 pieces of broccoli and was heavy on the chicken which had a light coating and yummy sauce. The portion lasted my kids several meals. With food this good, this spot can take a bao. ;)“

“Very nice atmosphere, a bit fancier than many Chinese restaurants. Most dishes are quite spicy - some in my family love these. But there are also some choices for those of us who prefer less spicy. My Chinese relatives consider the quality to be very high - one of the best restaurants in Central New Jersey.“

“Needed a sushi fix today and I’m glad I chose this place they literally had everything I wanted to settle my craving. I ended up getting their lunch special which you could get two rolls off a smaller menu for about $13, which also came with me so soup. I also ended up grabbing one of their specialty rolls which I will admit is a little on the pricier side… $18 a roll but the flavor and size of the roll did not disappoint. I’m obsessed with crispy rice tuna and the fact that they had it on their menu really pushed me to give this place five stars. Five solid pieces of crispy rice spicy tuna and a large chunk of avocado on top, drizzled with some spicy mayo and eel sauce… Chefs kiss. If I’m in the area I’ll definitely be returning for round two there’s a few more specialty rolls I’d like to try. They’ve got plenty of other options if sushi isn’t your thing from rice bowls to fried rice and array of appetizers and one of my favorite options Ramen. If you got a hankering for some sushi I highly suggest taking a stop in and giving it a try… I don’t think it will be disappointed in the slightest?“

In particular, all their appetizers, curries, and the grilled pork tenders are stand-outs.We take out from here every other month or so. Never ate in, but we definitely should. Not sure how long they have been open for but we’ve been living in scotch plains for 8 years and just finally visited. It's a little pricy but all food was incredible, the duck was nice and chewy with a crispy skin. the rice noodles and vegetables in the soup were very fresh and well cooked. “I’ve been going here for at least 10 years. The food and service are always great. If going for the buffet, getting there earlier is best. They shut the buffet down at 2:30 so don’t arrive at 2 expecting staff to still be replenishing at that time. I’ve never had an issue or complaint.“

Stir fry udon noodles are delicious but come in a small portion. Sushi is pretty good and rice portion is even but the seaweed is a little chewy.
