“We picked up various sweets for a corporate event and the owners were spectacular to work with! We ordered macarons, donuts, cake balls, cookies and cannolis. Everyone at the office raved about the cannolis, how beautiful the cake balls were and I personally LOVED the donut I tired. Everything was packaged well and our order was curated with attention to detail. I highly recommend this bakery!“

“Went to this location today Saturday August 31st and my experience was amazing drove in from NY on ther was to Delaware, the bathroom was sparkling smelled fresh. I couldn’t stop it was soo good! The coconut macaroon was great too very moist and the perfect amount of coconut. Haven’t had the peach cobbler yet but I’m sure it won’t disappoint. “Got the popular pistachio raspberry cake slice and the mango passion fruit mousse cake. They were both great. The cake slice looks slim but is quite filling. The mango passionfruit mousse had a coconut base which was a little too sweet but the tanginess from the mousse balanced it well. Overall, it’s a decent spot to go to for those sweet cravings.“

“Bread is always soooo yummy and flavorful! Favorite bread is the white concha and one that looks like a croissant but taste like hojaldra orangey flavor I loveeeee. Also the rosca the best ever. They’re not stingy with the sweet sugary part of the rosca there’s enough for all for the amount they add. The place is semi empty perfect for taking ur time in choosing ur bread. Oh and the peach 3leches slices are good.“

“Phenomenal birthday cake for my mom. Light yet not too airy, great natural flavors and perfect balance of icing and cake. Also, you don’t feel bad after eating it. It’s just sweet enough that it’s satisfying, yet it’s not overpowering at all.

“This spot in the UES is a true hidden gem. We absolutely loved the pistachio kunafe froyo. Initially, I was unsure if I’d enjoy it, thinking it might be too sweet, but it was incredibly delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced—the sweetness and crunch of the pistachio kunafe complemented the creamy froyo wonderfully.

This was my second visit. During my first, I tried the froyo with mango and raspberry, and it was equally amazing.

The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. They’re on the expensive side compared to other bakery, but once you compare you understand why… You taste the butter in everything! “New Cameron Bakery has the charm of an old-school bakery and is conveniently located near the uptown 6 train, making it easy to grab something on the go. The staff was helpful and fluent in English, and transactions were quick. They have a $5 minimum charge for credit cards and accept Apple Pay. The coconut buns were delicious and was consistent to the other bakeries. They had a large selection of steam buns and Lunar New Year edible things available.

An area for improvement could be offering a samples of steam buns in 1 pack.

“OMG The cupcakes are to die for. The frosting is amazing as it is not too sweet. The cupcakes are a perfect size, moist and have the delicious fresh homemade taste. I had the vegan chocolate cupcake and it had a delicious chocolate taste and was not that sweet at all. My daughter said it was the best cupcake she had. It was worth every penny and I can not recommend BKLYN Cake Studio enough for its delicious cupcakes. I definitely want to try the chocolate chip cookies with sea salt next.“
