Completely botched my Grubhub order of general tso’s chicken, I instead received some sort of garlic chicken that tasted horrible. Called for a refund and/or a new delivery of what I actually ordered, but the 2 employees I spoke to refused to do either. $20 down the drain. Went from being a regular customer to never ordering again.
I ordered from them for almost 2 years. Unfortunately tonight’s experience made me think twice about ordering from them again. They forgot a part of my order. I called to just see if they’d be willing to send it since it’s not far from me. A no would have been fine. They said their manager normally handles those issues is on the phone and they will call me back. They never did, so I called them. They said their manager is on the phone…AGAIN. This is the only Chinese restaurant that I would go to whenever I ate Chinese food. However, the experience here with the lady with the glasses is always the same. She must be racist or hateful towards people that are not her own kind because it’s very apparent she speaks under her tongue in her own language right in front of you with a complete attitude because you asked for something and the order is completely wrong.
