Delicious and fresh Indian food & sweets
One of the best Indian sweets shops I’ve visited in a long time. The selection of traditional sweets was excellent, and everything looked fresh and beautifully prepared. I especially enjoyed the rasgulla and peda because they tasted authentic and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The customer service was outstanding, with friendly staff members who made us feel welcome from the moment we entered. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality Indian sweets.
I was on a hunt for good samosas and this is it. The size is really good, the masala is great so my husband and I are loving it. I also got their methi paratha and because it was holi, i got their Puran poli. Surprisingly small puran polis but they are good when warm.
Rajbhog Sweets is known for its unchanged, authentic taste that brings you back home. It is a go-to place in Jersey City for chaat items at reasonable prices. While some dishes like samosa chaat and papdi chaat are good, others like samosa may feel average. Be aware of the added service charge for card transactions. The service might lack smiles and friendliness from the staff, but the owner is welcoming. Overall, the food is okay, with the dal being a standout dish.
