“We stayed here three nights using accumulated Marriot Bonvoy points in order to tour NYC before our scheduled cruise out of Cape Liberty. Quick and efficient check-in and we were even offered an upgade to a slightly larger room. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. As others hame mentioned, the air conditioner is loud when it kicks in. The property is one block away from the MTA Path Station which made our tourist commute very easy. A nearby shopping mall has an extensive food court and there are many other dining venues in and around the Newport Jersey City area. The hotel has two bars and two restaurans but we did not take advantage of either. The waterfront walkway, a block away, offers terrific views of the NYC skyline. All is all it was a good stay in an excellent location.“
“I can’t say enough good things about the Starbucks at Exchange Place in Jersey City! I go there all the time, and every visit is consistently a great experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the service is top-notch, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make your day better.
One standout moment was when a barista made me the best White Chocolate Mocha I’ve ever had. I don’t remember his name but he had a tattoo that reminded me of Miss Argentina from Beetlejuice (I’m not sure if that’s what it actually was, but it definitely caught my attention). The drink was made to perfection.
I also have to shout out the manager, Claudia, who is always so friendly and courteous. She runs the store with such professionalism and warmth that it’s no surprise the whole team follows suit. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated like a valued customer.
This Starbucks truly sets the bar for excellent and service and great vibes. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend it!“
“This Target Starbucks always has friendly staff even when it's mega busy. Never had an incorrect order so far and plenty of seating nearby. Just need to figure out how to stop the kid from urging me to buy every sparkly Starbucks cup you see while waiting in line.

“I would highly recommend Adrian, I believe he is newer at this location, to work with the barista trainer in their sequencing of beverages.
Working Hot and Cold bar solo is difficult, but sequencing should not be a consequence.
Admiring their work from the end of the bar, Adrian started the espresso of the latte, but didn’t start steaming the milk, before finishing the iced cold brew with milk on cold bar. While they finished the cold beverage and handed the beverage out, the espresso had finished its pour.
They then began to steam the milk, and then returned to finish a Frappuccino. They finished the Frappuccino before pouring the steamed milk into the espresso, long after the espresso had « died ». Their hand off was somewhat smooth, they started a second beverage on hot bar before placing the lid on the beverage and handing off.
Just work on sequencing and they’ll be a Coffee Master soon enough.“
“I have been coming to this location since moving to Jersey City about nine years ago this is my go to location even after moving to Summit. I still come down here. There has been quite a shift and employees and management, and I would have to say all for the better and change is good depending on the change in this case it is great Wendy, the store manager is incredible. She comes out of her way and goes above and beyond to make sure individual customers are taken care of to their particular needs and wants. She was extremely courteous to me and kindly introduced herself as I am also a small business owner I saw this as top-tier professionalism for people who give bad reviews based on speed. Please understand this is one of their very busy locations. There are times where your order is ready within three minutes sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes or so because they have such high volume in that moment I would hope that people can understand that that’s how volume works and these employees do not have paid arms, but they are working diligently to get everybody’s order out in a very timely manner without compromising the quality of their product. I commend what this location is doing and has done keep it up. The entire team deserves five stars.“

At 5:45pm on a Saturday for some strange reason. Once inside I noticed there were only 3 baristas & one seemed to be on break. Total time to place order was 10 minutes, only 2 people infront of me online. About 7 minutes to get my drink. Lights were dim not typically like this but hey, I'm only a customer.“
“Fast service, lovely location and atmosphere, good food.Had Chae Tea Latte and Butter Croissant and Chocolate Crossiant.Butter one was fresh and more tasty thẹn chocolate one. Chae Tea Latte was nice.

“Isabelle was an absolute gem! They were so friendly and warm to us during our visit. They were handing out lots of samples and they were so yummy, and they even asked for my input on the next one which was fun! The one I suggested was a paradise drink, and they added lavender powder which was delicious! 10/10 will order that again!
