Even with the constant rush that comes with this busy, fast-paced location, Claudia Sessa and her entire team deliver flawless service every single time. Their professionalism shows in every drink they make — consistently delicious, accurate, and prepared with real care. Despite the crowds, the staff stays upbeat, attentive, and wonderfully customer-focused. Claudia sets the tone, and her team truly shines. This Starbucks is a bright spot in Exchange Place and easily one of the best-run stores I’ve ever visited. Highly recommended!“

Removing one star because I'm still prompted to tip at the counter. Have some shame. I have been to Panda Express on the top floor and they don't play such games, so I know you can perfectly turn that option off.“
“This Target Starbucks always has friendly staff even when it's mega busy. Never had an incorrect order so far and plenty of seating nearby. Just need to figure out how to stop the kid from urging me to buy every sparkly Starbucks cup you see while waiting in line.

“I’m new to Jersey city and wanted to try a new coffee location because I felt Dunkin wasn’t up to standard and all I can say is this location is amazing. Most mornings I’m up early and busy at 4-5 because of my work schedule but I make time to stop by because I’m always greeted with “hello friend!” and it makes my mornings! The baristas are always smiling and when I’m at window the chats I have don’t feel forced! I also feel happy because it seems like the people in the morning genuinely enjoy each other’s company, it’s not silent or harsh. I also constantly see the place being tidied, counters are wiped, tables clean and the floors shine, literally. The window worker alone makes the drive from downtown to 440 worth it, I truly enjoy the customer experience. Keep up the great work!“
“I like this Starbucks a lot, and the area is really nice. It is also a transit hub though, so there are some homeless people around, and they are usually harmless. They employees are always really friendly, and it's a good place to go if you need to do some work or are waiting on your commute via the PATH.“
“Adrian and the team were really kind. They accidentally took my order for a Egg Pesto sandwich that was out of stock and since I had waited for a while for my food without knowing it wasn’t available .. they then offered a refund and made it up with a free sandwich!

“Fast service, lovely location and atmosphere, good food.Had Chae Tea Latte and Butter Croissant and Chocolate Crossiant.Butter one was fresh and more tasty thẹn chocolate one. Chae Tea Latte was nice.

“I am a loyal customer at this Starbucks location, it is a private Starbucks at my workplace. Not only is it convenient but I absolutely love their customer service. Whether I order through mobile or at the store, I never have to wait long for my order. They know me by name and they’re all super friendly. The best Starbucks I’ve encountered!“
