We are coming for years to this hotel on business trip. Never stayed there as it was always sold out of rooms. But being a vendor, we have experienced absolutely excellent customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Coming back year after year, they actually remember you by name!
Booked an overnight stay with my husband for the VC Polo Classic and was pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfy, rooms were well appointed and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here three nights using accumulated Marriot Bonvoy points in order to tour NYC before our scheduled cruise out of Cape Liberty. Quick and efficient check-in and we were even offered an upgade to a slightly larger room. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.
