I initially went to Tropix when they opened about a year ago. I ordered about $100 worth of food, which was very tasty. I ordered the chicken curry, it did have the wing and neck in it, I'm not really used to those pieces...however, it was very tasty. The lo mein, fried rice and jerk chicken were good too. They had a limited menu on the day I ate there. I had the j*** chicken with Guyanese style Chinese fried rice. It was the best Guyanese food I found in Jersey City. West Indian food is limited in Jersey City. Staff was polite.
