Regardless, Mr. Bin's is our "go-to" sushi place. We routinely travel from Union to Cranford because it's that good! The freshness is evident with every bite. However, I was very disappointed with the shrimp portion—there were only three shrimp in such a large serving of noodles. Shrimp is my favorite, I was expecting more but unfortunately many restaraunts do skimp on this.“
