“First time there for myself. My wife had been there recently for lunch. OMG, amazing. We started with their homemade, warm Pita with Babaganush (sp?). Awesome. I had their Arugala salad, which I like wherever I go. This was amazing as well. Then we had our entrees. None of us could finish our meals, they were so plentiful and delicious. We each took home doggy bags. We told them we couldn’t possibly eat desserts so we ordered some to go. They then brought out hot Turkish teas for us AND a plate of a custard for us to share. Delicious!!! WOW! This place jumped right up near the top of our list for favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back.“

“Boy, are we glad we added this special stop to our road trip from the Boston, MA area because they sell gluten-free bagels... and they're delicious...plain or with everything (poppy, sesame, garlic etc.) They even have packaged gluten-free snack items! I bought a gluten-free brownie that was heavenly!! Karim couldn't have been nicer. When we come back to the area we will definitely stop here again! ;-) Thanks Karim!!“

“Checked out Krios Prime last night and now I see why everyone’s talking about it. Beautiful space, great energy. The octopus was delicious, the salmon was fresh with an amazing sauce, and the homemade baklava was unreal. Highly recommend. 😋🔥“

“Finally, we stopped in for take-out dinners. Had a lovely chat with owners while waiting. At home,we discovered the best finger licking food. Every morsel was sooooo good. The humus never should be missed for any meal. Chicken thighs and beef are very savory. Dill dip fresh and cooling where the hot dip was unique and very enjoyable. The Mediterranean 'rice' has a savory finish. Everyone was raving how much we enjoyed our meal. The plan is to let relatives experience a sitdown dinner in the dining room which has a lovely atmosphere. Everthing is very clean and neatly arranged. We are making this jem a regular dinner option. Lamb is my next dinner experience.“

“Had a great lunch here the other week. Food was delicious and atmosphere was very relaxed. The salmon was cooked just right and was very juicy. All of the appetizers we had were excellent but the fried zucchini was amazing. The only negative was we were here for longer than I had hoped for but that's not a deal breaker for me. “The most amazing and delicious Turkish Breakfast I ever had. Not only in New Jersey area. I’ve tried lots of places in the Tri-State area and it’s definitely 5 Stars. Everything is homemade. There’s a lot of food when you order Turkish Breakfast. The cheese on the platter is very rich. Definitely try the Turkish eggy toast. It’s absolutely so yummy. It’s only on Sundays 10:00am-2:00pm. The atmosphere is fantastic. Especially for any kind of showers or parties. I’ve found out they have 2 more locations in Cliffside Park,NJ & Livingston,NJ as well. The owner is super nice and he welcomes and is so polite to customers. The prices are very reasonable. They have a huge parking lot. Handicapped customers are welcome to restrooms and parking lot.“

“This place is a hidden gem! The eggplant and burrata was delicious and a great way to start our meal. From there we moved to the grilled octopus and the scallops. This was by far the best seafood I’ve had. It was very well cooked, very well seasoned and everything in the plate complemented one another. Billy, our server, made us feel welcomed and recommended the best dessert. We will be coming here again.“

From the wait staff to the kitchen staff to management, everyone was incredibly friendly, unbelievably accommodating when it came to food allergies (they came out to talk about everything in specific detail to make sure it was safe before it was cooked and served), and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would absolutely recommend trying Marakesh out if you haven't been. They will be more than happy to go over the menu and explain anything you might not recognize or need changed because of restrictions. You can also call ahead so it can be prepped ahead of time for you. I will definitely be back again!!“
