“I’ve never been much of a sweets person at all, but I’ve been hearing so many good things about this place, the whole town has been raving about it. Today I decided to stop in and I couldn’t control myself everything looked so delicious, the Cinnabons, cookies, and cupcakes are so fresh and tasty. Pretty busy business, which is a good sign, the staff was so friendly, Lilly helped me out & the owner Joanne is amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back & try more delicious baked goods :)“

“Piazza 's Bakery has been my favorite bakery since my parents bought a house in Vermillion Hills in 1977. I moved to Schuylkill County in 2023 and have really missed my favorite donuts. There's nothing here that compares. I am currently thrilled because my son stopped by and got us a dozen before heading home this morning. They are as tasty as ever. Now I just have to decide, do I share? or keep them all for myself? 😁“

“Everything from this bakery is phenomenal! My husband wanted to order an “authentic” tres leches cake, and I’m so glad we discovered Bakery Bethlehem, because the tres leches cake with dulce de leche filling was honestly the best cake we’ve ever had (not to mention, beautifully decorated and affordable)! Our party guests were all raving about how amazing it was. And all the pastries and breads we tried were fantastic and far better than any other bakery we’ve had.“

I called in and asked if it could be ready a little earlier than it said online and they were extremely nice and accommodating. My family loved the cake. Kid-friendliness: I recently ordered a 12 pack of mini cookies and they were perfect for my little sisters. It’s the right amount for them and they also get to try more then one flavor.“

“Stopped in to try out the rolls for our 2023 catering season. While we were at it..Grabbed a few hoagies that were 🔥🔥🔥. And the rolls are the best tasting in the tri state. “I’ve gotten treats from cramer’s over the years, and they’ve always been fantastic. This weekend I got married and they did my wedding cake which turned out perfectly, and tasted amazing. We chose the marble wedding pound cake and buttercream icing and so many of our guests told us how delicious the cake was. Seriously the best cake I ever had, and so beautiful. “Very attractive establishment. I was in the area visiting the Grounds for Sculpture, and found this delightful bakery. I had what turned out to be a huge Madeline with extraordinarily delicious vanilla interior. If I ever return to Hamilton, New Jersey, I will visit them again and stock up for home.Spanish-speaking employees, but at least one speaks English that I know of.“

“The Breads, Jellys , Butters or species of the Eastern Europe are easy to get at this store, Herrings, Species , BREAD, cookies and chocolates are so low in salt and sweet at the same time, they are just enough slated or sweeted . Its one in all area, I have not found a place like this one other than NY. We are lucky to have this store close to home.“

“It's probably one of the best bread shops in this area. Simple, straightforward ingredients, Non GMO food. Tasty breads, pastries, and croissants. I had almost every pastry from here. Sandwiches could be better. Cakes and pies are also phenomenal.“

The frosting was so thin you could see the cake through it, the fondant was bleeding color and you could see the edges of it, everything was messy, the numbers were falling off. “This is a great place to sit down and have breakfast on a bagel. They also make really good bagels, I have discovered this place through the phone app called too. Good to go, I highly recommend this app. But because of this app I have brought my grandson here several times for breakfast on Saturday mornings.

Parking: It's a standard strip center. There's plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: I don't know how to describe kid friendly except to say that it is a place I feel comfortable bringing my grandson into.
