Bagels Restaurants near Lincoln Park, NJ

“I don’t have enough good things to say about this business. I called 5 Brothers from Wisconsin (not knowing anything about delis or restaurants in Lincoln Park, New Jersey—just going by google search) to order a couple trays of food for a memorial service in Lincoln Park which I could not attend. I am so happy my Google search led me to such a professional and helpful business. The two brothers I worked with listened to my situation and understood what I was hoping to provide food-wise, and then they suggested a mixed tray of baked goods and desserts that were perfect. They even sent me photos and a video of the finished trays of goodies after they put them together. And then they delivered. Amazing. Top-notch customer service. I highly recommend this company for food delivery and catering. Good, good people.“

“This is one of my favorite food places. The bakery goods are fantastic. Bagels are made on premises and if you get lucky, you can get them fresh out of the oven.

Though not high end dining, this restaurant checks the boxes. Food is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is not fair to rate the atmosphere on the same plane as the other two. It’s not fancy but quite functional. Especially since it’s usually utilized as a take out place. Most of the time, I’m passing through. I phone in my order and pick it up shortly after. BTW, the tuna and chicken salads are to die for. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. The egg salad is no slouch either.“

“Food was very good, and the service and also great“

“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

“We ordered seven dozen bagels for our homeschool co-op's opening day breakfast, and they were a hit with our crowd of parents and children—fresh, with a crisp exterior and just the right chewiness. Our high schoolers especially loved the texture and commented on how flavorful the bagels were. I even saw some of the high school boys eating them again at lunchtime instead of the pizza we had ordered! Mark coordinated our order and was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely order from House of Bagels for our next bagel breakfast.“

“A great place..Rema, Nart, Willie and Mohammed are wonderful people...Homemade potato salad is delicious...Family owned business who takes care of the community and appreciates those who patronize their business...Thank you for always taking care of me...Willie your the Best....“

“Wayne Hot Bagels supplied breakfast for Teacher Appreciation Week and did a fabulous job! They were friendly, courteous, patient and worked with me to find items that fit within the budget. They even personally delivered for us free of charge. They truly were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely use them again for future events!“

“I stopped in on a whim because I was in the neighborhood. I got 4 bagels for the family and the veggie cream cheese. Fresh, excellent top-tier bagels! Black Russian and Egg! Plain! All delicious. We're all lucky in NJ that most bagels we can get are at least okay, but these were a cut above! And the cream cheese was delicious and fresh - vegetables still had a little crunch!

Also, I appreciate that they discourage people coming in and just buying up all the bagels. In the 5 minutes I was in there, lots of people popped in, clearly regulars, for their breakfast. It definitely felt like a go-to place in the community and they make sure they can be open to serve as many as possible. That's cool. I look forward to returning!“

“Absolutely THE BEST bagels on Earth! A staple of the community, generous and giving, family-run business. One of those places where “everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came.” Every Monday!“

“Zeid and his team were great. Everything was made fresh and quick. The store is very clean. The egg bagel with cream cheese was perfect and the right amount of CC. I got a SBEC and it was delicious full of flavor. The portion def filled me up. The daisy muffins were ok. They were a little too greasy to my liking. But all in all would def come back“

“Great fresh bagels. We had an egg on an everything bagel and blueberry bagel and cream cheese. Definitely going there again“

“Best egg sandwiches around. I just ordered my sandwich this morning again 8/10 and the price went up from 2 weeks ago. Last time i went it was $6.95 which is higher then other places but now too much for me with new price. Charged $8.50. I will not be going anymore but was my favorite“

“We moved to Tennessee 8 years ago & long for good bagels which are hard to come by where we live. We found Howard’s Bagels while visiting for the birth of our second granddaughter. We explained, we were looking to take some good bagels back with us. The young lady(sorry I never asked your name) was so nice & accommodated us with a free sample of a pumpernickel bagel. We were over the moon & found heaven in a bagel! Fresh, tasty, delicious New Jersey bagels! We ordered 2 dozen to take home to Tennessee, which by the way you actually get 15 bagels for a dozen(must be some kind of new math, lol). Guessing the online bagels we’ve been getting will be on hold for quite a while, these bagel are worth the side trip if you are ever within 20 miles(for us 600 miles), do yourself a favor get some & the crumb cake they have is also delicious! Peace!“

“I just moved to Jersey and saw Bagels by Jarrett on the news and decided to give it a try. My life has changed. It is my order at the end of a hard day. My comfort food. Don’t be fooled by the diverse menu because everything on it is a HIT! I may or may not have shed a tear when the delivery guy got here.“

“They made the BEC on poppy just as I wanted it. And it tasted amazing. The girl worker can use a little more energy and enthusiasm when talking to guests though. She’s nice nonetheless but sell the whole experience and brag about it, yall doing good things over there!“

“Enjoy food and friendly place“

“My favorite bagel place!!! I've tried others but this is the best. Only suggested improvement is to slice the Taylor ham thinner and add more veggies to the veggie cc but the best bagels.Updated review, September 2023, I have recently went to two different bagel stores in the area and by no way shape or form. Do they compete with this place. One in Kinnelon and one in Butler. Just an update, still by far my favorite. Some staff are friendlier than others, but I've worked in a bagel store and I know how grueling it can be, I never hold it against them because they are always busy and it is a very short interaction.I highly highly recommend this bagel store!“

“We recently hosted several multi-day meetings with a group of 40 associates, and Oakland Bagels and Pastries provided breakfast each day. The bagels and pastries were served fresh and warm, and they received numerous compliments from our team. I highly recommend Oakland Bagels and Pastries.“

“Personally I like there iced teas better than there coffees but I’m picky when it comes to coffee but there breakfast and treats are phenomenal so so good hands down must try the beignets“

“fresh bagels and sandwiches. friendly workers. the best ♥️“

“They are the best because they’re the only bagel shop that actually LISTENS to your order. Toasted dark bagel? Done. Extra crispy bacon? Done. Add little butter? Done.

Any other place you go to, they would miss one of the above.

And their bagels are delicious. Not too fluffy, not too thick.“

“I ordered hot breakfast from the catering menu and they did an outstanding job. Food was ready as scheduled, was plentiful, and tasted great. The scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection and held up well. The french toast received rave reviews. We will definitely order again. Thank you Cedar Hill Bagels!“

“Great customer service, everyone is very friendly!“

“Hi, my name is jack. I stop EVERY WORK DAY MORNING at this wonderful eatery. First, the lady behind the counter is not only a VERY NICE person but a very organized. Every morning I come in and my everything bagel with Taylor ham cheese and tomatoes is already done in the bag waiting for me. I'm in and out in less than 3 minutes every time I go. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A GOOD SANDWICH OR JUST A CUP OF COFFEE BECAUSE THESE DAYS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL ARE HARD TO FIND. THANK YOU FAIRFIELD HOT BAGEL FOR STARTING MY DAY OFF RIGHT.“

“Great sándwiches and good coffee. Everything has great taste. Love it!“

“Pleasant people! Glad to have you in town.“

“Great breakfast bagels, flagels, bialys, and more! Every morning made fresh, savory, and delicious. Food is consistent. Customer service is on point. A family run shop. They treat you with love and respect. Like you’re walking into grandma’s kitchen. Great sense of humor. Best part (besides the great food) is that if you call like 10 min ahead, they’ll have it ready for you when you come in. No wait time! As a Montville resident, I will always be back!“

“Best Ham, Egg & Cheese in Montclair and the friendliest staff to boot!“

“Great food and staff. I go there often and I have never gotten anything that wasn't delicious. The bagels are amazing. Unfortunately I am now gluten free but their gluten free bagels are very good. The salads and the fries are really good too. The prices aren't crazy and the portions are decent. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests that I may have. This is definitely my favorite bagel shop.“

“I have to update my review. The food is great, their omelet selection is awesome. This is the only place that has lowered prices when eggs got cheaper. Any breakfast sandwiche $4.99. Omelets come with potatoes and a buttered bagel. Seriously give this place a try.“
