“We ordered Cairo Falafel through Uber Eats, and overall it was a really great experience! The platters were flavorful and filling, but the absolute standout for me was the grilled veggie pita with fresh hummus. I honestly haven’t had anything like it before — the vegetables were perfectly charred, the pita was soft and warm, and the hummus tied everything together so well. Just thinking about it now has my mouth watering.

The only downside was the falafel. While they had good flavor, the texture was a little too dry, and they didn’t have that “wow” factor I was hoping for. Given the name, I expected them to shine more, but they fell short compared to the other items we tried.

That said, the overall meal was delicious, and I’ll absolutely be ordering again. Cairo Falafel clearly does a lot of things right, and I’m already looking forward to having that veggie pita again soon!“

“I wish I could give Sihana Bistro more than five stars. We hosted a surprise 40th birthday party for my brother and the party exceeded all of my expectations. My first call with the fantastic owner, David, was seamless. David is incredibly nice and so easy to work with. He catered to our every need, was responsive throughout the planning stage, and was present during our entire event.

Venue: This restaurant is beautiful. You feel good as soon as you walk in. It’s bright and spotless. The ceilings are high and the attention to detail in the design and decor is obvious. There was more than enough room for our all of guests and the layout - private room + bar area - was perfect.

Staff: The staff is SO KIND. The service was impeccable and they are hands down the best team I’ve worked with. They helped us move furniture, kept the food coming at just the right pace, served drinks quickly, accommodated all requests through the night, and let us stay after the restaurant closed because we were having such a good time.

Foods: One word: Excellent. The food was DELICIOUS and there was so much of it. We served a true buffet dinner and had leftovers after feeding all of our guests! The mushrooms were a hit!

Location: The location is great and close to literally everything downtown. The restaurant was easy for our guests to get to and there are so many places to go nearby after an event. The Rutgers campus nearby is also spectacular to see when you visit.

“Great place. I recommend kufta wrap. And their rice pudding is sweet and good. Today I ate here. Had a good time. If ur new to Greek I’d stick to basics. I had something called yougart kufta. Overall, it was good. Little spicy so I wouldn’t recommend to most ppl unless u like spicey. I would just replace the bread and hot sauce with some veggies and white sauce. Appetizer—There beet root falafel with hummus and idk the baige colored sauce is really good. I come here for pick up. It’s a good spot. Enjoy.“

“After a tasty round of appetizers including tangy baked Fava beans, creamy smooth hummus, baba ghanoush and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside falafel, we feasted on two lamb dishes, one of which was perfectly grilled, and an order of couscous with vegetables. I still remember today how great everything tasted. Service was friendly and efficient and the decor included lamps and accessories imported from Morocco. Portions were generous and they provide containers for the leftovers. You can only eat so much! Highly recommended.“

“This is a great little café/diner right next to the Westfield train station. We are fairly new to Westfield and went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were wowed by the wonderful customer service of our waitress, Cindy. She was very attentive, provided great order suggestions and also brought over their delicious housemade hot sauce to go along with our eggs. All the food we ordered was wonderful, including the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes, the egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll, and the Florentine omelette. The chef (maybe owner?), Ash even stopped by later on towards the end of our meal to check on how everything was. We meant to write this review right after that, but then never got around to it and when we went back today a few weeks later, we realized how much we needed to write this up! This time Kirsten and Cindy both helped us out, and Cindy remembered us by our orders from the last time even though we had only been here one time- very impressive and shows a great attention to detail and customer service. Ash came by also, and it was clear he remembered us as well. The food was fresh and tasty yet again (we got the French toast, egg and cheese sandwich, and Greek omelette this time) and the prices are great. This place is a gem and is definitely becoming one of our go-to spots!“

It was not too long, which is good because the reservation was for 6:30 pm and everybody was hungry. Appetizers were delicious especially both types of calmers. 3 people ordered NYS trip stakes. OMG! All 3 stakes were stingy. Nobody finished the stake. Medium and well done came up the same. Black color even tongue was black after eating the steak. It's because when cooked the steak did not clean the grail. Also, I recommend checking your receipt. We found 3 items that we did not get on the table for a total of almost $80. One of them we never ordered, and two newer ones were delivered to the table.“

“Teddy’s has a large selection of food for good prices! I tried the Spanakopita, falafel, the stuffed grape leaves, hummus, and greek salad. Everything was very good! I only wish they had a regular greek dressing and that the olives in the salad were pitted. Everything else was perfect delicious and satisfying! My partner had a grilled chicken salad and loved it. The service was great! They were very friendly and helpful!
