“Loved it! Ordered the lamb gyro and falafel and both were delicious.

Falafel seemed to be homemade, great flavor and crunch without being dry.

Lamb Gyro was perfect. Thick warm pita, perfect amount of lettuce, onions, etc. with actual meat (not those frozen shaved cylinders of meat goo) .

Clearly I enjoyed myself, I’m still glowing. If your craving a gyro you won’t be disappointed“

“Nice bagel and breakfast place. If you get there early before they run out, the bagels are very fresh, moist, and delicious. The many different flavors of cream cheese are always good.For lunch they have a really delicious Mediterranean chicken wrap. They also have a beef Gyro, but I have had better.“

“This small business is just wonderful. The food is delicious, the bagels and sandwiches are so fresh and tasty and the bagels are large. I purchased here a few times via the TGTG app and purchased bagels and their delicious home made assorted flavor cream cheeses. Additionally, the owner Ernesto and his wife are so genuine, customer service focused and take pride in the products/service they provide to their clients and community. “There are tons of bagel places in NJ, but we always find ourselves comparing to House of Bagels. Definitely our favorite bagels - they’re so soft and fluffy on the inside, great crust with plenty of seasoning (our whole family loves everything bagel). What really seals the deal for us is that the bagels freeze and reheat beautifully. They taste almost as good as new. Our kids have them almost every morning 😂 We’ve moved quite far away but always stock up on our favorite bagels whenever we have a reason to be back in the area.“

Taylor Ham (pork roll) egg and cheese was Awesome! 3 generous cut pieces of pork roll (didn't have to order extra meat) w and egg over medium and gooey gooey cheese. Bagel itself was delish. Well worth the $9. Wife's bagel w scallion cream cheese and tomato had EXCESSIVE amount of cream cheese. But that can be fixed with the correct order verbiage on our side of the counter, no reduction as the bagel itself was again, delish.“

I found the bagels to be soft enough for my kid which was a big deal for him.

Ordered two iced macchiatos without the sugar which was really good

The lady at the register was sweet and welcoming.

It got busy and they handled it really well, it wasn’t a mad house like some places get.“

I called 5 Brothers from Wisconsin (not knowing anything about delis or restaurants in Lincoln Park, New Jersey—just going by google search) to order a couple trays of food for a memorial service in Lincoln Park which I could not attend. I am so happy my Google search led me to such a professional and helpful business. The two brothers I worked with listened to my situation and understood what I was hoping to provide food-wise, and then they suggested a mixed tray of baked goods and desserts that were perfect. For those that are complaining they do not have a griddle, I believe they have a Kosher certification which means no meat can be served here since they use cream cheese (dairy). This was our go to bagel place when we lived in Fair Lawn, now we live in SC, and we come here to stock up on bagels to take south on every visit to NJ.“

“This place is so damn good! A couple of days ago I got, Fresco’s Bagels, for breakfast. It was fantastic. I had ordered their Garlic Bagel Toasted w/ Cream Cheese. I’ve honestly never had a bagel that good before. The exterior was crunchy and crispy, while the interior was airy and fluffy. Absolutely amazing. The cream cheese was an awesome compliment too. The lady who took my order was nice and attentive. Made sure my order was correct and had a wonderful personality. And the fact that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes was a major plus. I was in a rush, and famished. I would usually order two bagels (typically with bacon TML 😉), and man was I PO’d I did not get another one. I’D HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Fresco’s Bagels, to anyone in the, Pequannock Township area, and looking for an excellent breakfast!“

I really appreciate that they use high-quality milk — it tastes great and keeps the drink low-calorie, which helps me stay in shape. Haha, athlete problems!

They also have super tasty pastries, granola, and other desserts. A bit more indulgent, but hey — that just means I’ll need to train a little harder. Totally worth it!

Only suggested improvement is to slice the Taylor ham thinner and add more veggies to the veggie cc but the best bagels.Updated review, September 2023, I have recently went to two different bagel stores in the area and by no way shape or form. Do they compete with this place. One in Kinnelon and one in Butler. “So after being in New Jersey and going to about 8 bagel shops, I guess this is the one. So... I pull up and the first thing you will notice, parking is an issue. Luckily, people are coming and going so it took around 5 minutes to attain a parking spot. From the look of things, there may have been a parking lot in front of thee establishment before but it would seem that they decided to fill the parking lot with outdoor seating. From speaking to a patron, I understand because he told me that he always walks to the place. So on a nice day, I suppose the outdoor seating is great. You go inside and it's a small space and they have a few tables and chairs inside as well.

Inside and I'm in a line. Probably about 8 people ahead of me. I'm already thinking that these bagels must be damn good. Took about 10 minutes until I put my order in. In total I spent about 25 minutes at this spot. As I'm leaving, there are more people in line than when I got there. Just from seeing the bagels, they look soft and fresh. Just happy to have found the place. I get home and the bagels are just as good as they look. This clean bagel shop comes highly recommended and will be back! Great job guys!“

“Absolutely the best bagel there is. Each one no matter the flavor is a delight. And their food that they put on the bagel is delicious. Get there before 3;30 PM if you want sliced cheese because they close the slicer at 3;30. I know if I get there at 3;32 PM the slicer is off. So I get tuna fish instead and it’s about as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and do a good job. What a place!“

“This is one of my favorite food places. The bakery goods are fantastic. Bagels are made on premises and if you get lucky, you can get them fresh out of the oven.

Though not high end dining, this restaurant checks the boxes. Food is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is not fair to rate the atmosphere on the same plane as the other two. It’s not fancy but quite functional. Especially since it’s usually utilized as a take out place. Most of the time, I’m passing through. I phone in my order and pick it up shortly after. BTW, the tuna and chicken salads are to die for. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. The egg salad is no slouch either.“
