Service was phenomenal — Amy was amazing, and every staff member made us feel like VIPs. I skipped dessert, but they insisted I try one on the house — a classy touch that sealed the night. Elegant atmosphere, incredible food, and hospitality that goes above and beyond!“

Holy Schlitz! This is the best pastrami I've ever tasted including Katz's, Carnegie Deli (70s-90s), & Harold's of Raritan (80s-2010s)! If you've not gone, GO!!! I won't steer you wrong. It's tender, juicy, fresh, and has so much flavor! It's the Kobe of Pastrami! Sorry, didn't try the corn beef or knish but maybe next time. I got the $15.95 sandwich plus one Lb of pastrami $26.95. Tax is 6.625%. I paid cash but they do take cc. Just GO!“

“I ordered for dinner the ribeye steak and onion rings. Cooked medium, the steak was flavorful; I did not need any sauce at all. The place was clean and the staff attentive (it was a Wednesday night).The bill, surprisingly, did not include gratuity or tip. You pay either by card (small charge additional) or cash. The "downsides" are: no parking lot for diners as you park on the sides of the Avenue. There is also no alcohol (wine, beer or cocktails) served. I will bring my family here and recommend to friends.“

“Our first time as we are visiting from out of town. Our server Cesar was so wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and had a charbroiled taste which we loved. We also had the Bavarian pretzels app special which was awesome!!!! Our drinks were also fantastic. This was a great choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. We’re so glad we found it. Highly recommend!!!!!!“

“This location is a Ecuadorian Family owned business, its a good spot to come get Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. They can throw down & the food here is on point!!No bs, its a chill space to sit in peace and enjoy a meal by yourself, with your co-workers or even with your family. “Overall, a good restaurant and we would definitely come back. I started with a dirty martini — would not recommend. The olives were hard, and the drink had small ice chips in it, which made for a less-than-enjoyable experience. I ended up switching to red wine, which was delicious and much better. For appetizers, we had the octopus — very flavorful! While the octopus was a bit chewy, the taste was excellent. The oysters were outstanding — I honestly wanted more and more of them. For the main course, we both had the filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly and paired with chimichurri sauce — a perfect match. The mashed potatoes were some of the best we've ever had. On the other hand, skip the creamed spinach — it lacked flavor and was quite bland. We finished with the carrot cake. The portion is huge, and while it was okay, it wasn't anything special. Overall, it's a great spot. We'll definitely be back, just with a few different menu choices next time.“

“Grew up going to the Nutley location and now they're in Fairfield. I swear on their Ribs but they have a fantastic beer list with great local options and awesome happy hour specials for drinks and apps ( highly recommend prime rib Sliders). Met family for dinner the other night and got the "Baby Spinach" Salad with steak added and the steak was cooked perfectly and every ingredient was fresh. Huge menu that could accommodate pretty much anyone. Great stop in the area.“
