“Picking up plain black coffee from a mobile order is fairly easy uneventful. Coffee is made well here, and no complaints but very hot and very full so I always dump a smidge off the top out in the parking lot. FYI getting there, you will need to navigate all the smokers at the bagel shop who seem to be outside in every season, fairly sure it's that one guys day off and he wasn't even supposed to be there. But a good strong hot cup o joe from quick friendly staff is worth it“
“WOW, I'd give all the stars in the universe if I could! I can't say enough good about this hospital!! Who would think getting a hysterectomy would be a rewarding experience, but it was!!! This hospital is beautiful, it looks like a spa. From every check point, coming in, everyone was kind and professional -- and on point. You can tell the volunteers loved their work too! Dr. Scott Richard and his team were top notch -- all 5-star personalities. I'm a normally healthy person, so this was all so traumatizing to me, but everyone -- and I do mean everyone -- put me at ease and were so helpful, every step of the way, I was made to feel comfortable. Sometimes I make silly jokes when I'm nervous and people were fine with that. It's a blessing when people can adopt to the personalities of their patients. I can't even imagine doing such a difficult job and also keeping up that positive, high energy. Very impressive!! Everyone was so well organized, it was just one step after another with hardly any wait time. But when I did have to wait I was so comfortable I actually nodded off a bit while waiting! The hospital bed are very comfortable and they will adjust them for you. Also, some things you worry about before going to a hospital for the first time -- your stuff. I can assure you, everything gets locked up, so you don't have to worry about it! Dr. Richard's assistant Brittany (I think that was her name, I'm trying to remember everyone's name, she had a cute pigeon scrub hat on) was a DOLL! So was Maggie, what a sweetheart, and Ang (Angela?) who helped me near the end. They all couldn't do enough for you. After the surgery, Maggie was awesome, getting me some applesauce and water. She was so fast too. Ang was great, communicating with my husband while I was in recovery. The anesthesia guy was terrific! Even the nice man who wheeled me out to the car was kind and patient. I'm now healing and a bit sore, but let me say my mental state of happiness is -- ecstatic! Thank you SO MUCH, Dr. Scott Richard, and all the staff at St. Barnabas! I will never forget your kindness and professionalism!! I'm so happy!!!!“
“You know, when this place first opened, it wasn't all that great – from customer service to getting the orders right and having enough bakery stuff in stock, it was a bit of a mess. But things have really turned around, and I can tell 'cause I'm a regular here. I'm glad they switched up their team. Nowadays, everyone's super friendly, and they've got their act together. Orders come out right, and they've got plenty of goodies on hand, so they don't run out too quick.
But the best part? I gotta give a big shoutout to one of their crew members. Like I said, I'm a regular, and a few months back, I was having a seriously rough week. I hit the drive-thru for some coffee to lift my spirits, and the barista taking my order noticed I wasn't my usual self. He asked how I was doing, and for some reason, that question hit me hard, and I just started bawling my eyes out. It was kinda embarrassing 'cause it came outta nowhere, and I was feeling super overwhelmed that day – didn't even have the energy to hide it. But this guy, Waleeb, he was a champ. He was so polite, friendly, and just real, you know? He dashed off and got me a cake pop, jotted down a sweet note on the bag, and his kindness and understanding completely turned my day around from a downer to a upper. I'll never forget that. And now, every time I swing by and Waleeb's on shift, he brings this awesome, positive vibe. It makes me feel all warm and welcome, and that's what customer service should be all about. Seriously, Waleeb deserves a raise for being such a star at customer service.“
