“When my brothers were kids, they would stop to eat at Hiram"s on their way back from Palisade's Amusement Park. My mom would always ask why. My brothers replied, "the food is better at Hiram's! When I worked for Thomas J. Lipton in Englewood Cliffs, my co-workers and I went to Hiram's for lunch often. I plan on going very soon! I so love Hiram's for the food and it's longevity.“

“Got the half mozzarella, half beef dog with the potato coating and it hit the spot. Super crispy on the outside, cheesy and juicy on the inside. It is one of those things where you take a bite and immediately want another.

Edit: I wish it came with a full beef dog instead of just half, and the kimchi fries didn’t include enough fries or kimchi for what we paid.“

Holy Schlitz! This is the best pastrami I've ever tasted including Katz's, Carnegie Deli (70s-90s), & Harold's of Raritan (80s-2010s)! If you've not gone, GO!!! I won't steer you wrong. It's tender, juicy, fresh, and has so much flavor! It's the Kobe of Pastrami! Sorry, didn't try the corn beef or knish but maybe next time. I got the $15.95 sandwich plus one Lb of pastrami $26.95. Tax is 6.625%. I paid cash but they do take cc. Just GO!“

The owner and his wife are fantastic, welcoming, and super into thier craft. “Great little place one could easily miss if they weren't looking. Delicious dogs, relatively inexpensive prices, and great ambience, make this a go to spot. Couple of drawbacks though. Seating very limited, so best time to come is after the lunch rush and before school lets out. Also limited hours of operation, as they are only open during lunch through early afternoon rush hours, so plan accordingly. You won't regret it.“

A very large selection of beers, all the ones I tried were good. As for the food, it was ok. It wasn't anything outstanding but it was tasty. The meat was well cooked and had a nice grilled flavor. “I’ve tried over a dozen Halal carts in the city, and this one has by far the best chicken over rice. Once you try it, you’ll go out of your way to come here every time you crave halal.

The chicken is juicy and always perfectly flavored and cooked. All ingredients are fresh. The sauces are great, and the red sauce is VERY spicy (love it)

The folks running it are super friendly and the cart is kept clean.

“We went yesterday to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. I had never been here before so this was the sweetest surprise. The host was so welcoming and gave us a choice for upstairs dining or downstairs and let us see both before we made a decision. We chose downstairs and were seated near this big, beautiful clock. Our server, Randy, was absolutely the BEST EVER! He was so attentive, made great recommendations, and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious...from the potato skins, to the truffle burger, and the sundae...we we so impressed. The restaurant knew it was our anniversary and surprised us with two glasses of champagne which made us feel so special. The roaming photographer was a nice touch and we loved the picture used in the complimentary postcard so much, that we bought two others. Once you enter go right side and you will find the food court. There is a few seatings inside, but due to covid it is better to take the donuts home. Service: I did not have any interaction with the employees. We just order and go. Food: All that we ordered was delicious, we had UBE, MATCHA, YUZU, NUTELLA, COOKIES and CREAM and BLACK SESAME. My favorites are UBE and BLACK SESAME, they have distinct flavors. The dough is soft and gooey, which is what I like for a mochi donut. Price rating: 7/10, it was not that bad for the price. “Went there today for the first time with my wife, I had the 10 West burger, so delicious, cooked perfectly and the burger was huge, just the right number of toppings and the bacon jam hit it out of the park. The sweet potato fries were excellent and enough for two people. The chips that come with the burger were also good. My wife had the regular burger with no cheese and an order of regular fries. She really enjoyed it and said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the owner, Mel, greeted us, took our order and chatted with us while our order was being prepared. We were given a little disc that lit up and vibrated when the order was ready to be picked up at the counter. One of the best burgers around! A little pricy, but definitely worth it! We'll be going back for another delicious mouthwatering experience!“

“Stopped by Loco’s Burger and was really impressed. First off, the fresh-made lemonade is a must-try — super refreshing, not too sweet, and clearly made with real ingredients. You can tell it’s natural right away.

The menu is a fun blend of flavors, and it feels like a Colombian-Mexican fusion spot. We ordered the sopes, La Diabla burger, and salchipapa — all packed with flavor and served hot. The La Diabla had a spicy kick, but still balanced, and the salchipapa brought back memories of Colombian street food. The burger named Gamina definitely caught my eye — a name that feels very Colombian and adds character to the menu.

They even have Colombian-flavored ice cream, which is a nice touch and adds to the fusion vibe of the place.
