“Hail to the King, Baby. Hail to the King! Our family has been regular customers at the Dairy King for 40+ years. There are soft ice cream options (cones and sundaes) as well as hard ice cream. Both are delicious. During the season, they are usually open on afternoons and evenings. In the September/October shoulder season, they tend to be open more for late afternoons and evenings until 9pm. The Dairy King is popular, especially with families with kids and they will draw a crowd in the evening. They have been known to stay open past their published closing time, to make sure that all customers in line are taken care when of, before closing for the night.”

“My wife said she though the California wrap was delicious. She has never said that before about take out food. My chicken tacos and the kids food, pizza and a hamburger was great. I thought it was a bit expensive, but not worried about that if they keep the quality as it was. Everyone ate everything. Fresh and not greasy. Good job.”

“Just a seriously good meal in a very friendly and comfortable spot. The chowder is not to be missed and my usually very picky 4 year old (seriously, sometimes he rejects pizza) absolutely loved the chicken finger kids platter.

“RUN don’t walk to this unassuming but incredibly delicious gem of a restaurant. It is a no frills kinda place, prices are the same as other seafood restaurants on the island so you’re not saving money other than on the tip because it’s a order at the counter and sit down kinda spot- but the seafood is SO FRESH, perfectly cooked, and delicious. Our family had lobster rolls ( best we had on the island so far), the mussels in the garlic white wine sauce, the stuffed shrimp and the little neck clams. They ran out of the scallops in brown butter sauce but everyone there said that it’s a must have item, we will definitely get it next time! John the owner who is front of house is a little bit of a character but I found it amusing. 10/10 for food! I don’t have photos bc we devoured it all so quickly.”

“Please run, don't walk to Isola! Long Beach Island is no stranger to great spots for Italian cuisine, but Isola is not your typical Italian fare. A BYOB restaurant, Isola has a menu that easily compliments any wine! Our dinner consisted of a fresh and flavorful grilled octopus appetizer, a Cacio and Pepe even Rome would be proud of, one if the best zpirk chops we've evrry ate plated to perfrction, Hanger steak with a lovely chimichurri and a side of roasted potatoes with parmesan cheese. We ended the meal with Tiramisu to go and it was a perfect way to end the night. All that said, Isola's menu is equal to the amazing quality of service and the experience created by their staff. Every patron was smiling. We had originally ordered the Fiorentine steak and sadly it was not available. Dylan and his team went above and beyond to make sure that our dinner was not only fantastic but that we were so thrilled we quickly booked our next visit. Isola has officially entered my top 5 LBI list! Thank you, Isola for a wonderful date night!”

“My whole work staff in Philly loves the Key Lime Pie. I decided to drive to HSB and pick one up for the work week. While there I had some great food( the Warfield chicken sandwich, great bay fries, and strawberry milk shake) yummy. The service is always great too. Highly recommend this place.”

The ambiance and charm of the restaurant with its meticulous attention to detail translates to understated elegance. Their staff—my experience felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant and they had nothing else to do but take care of us! Our server, Cathy, was so warm and unshakable on a rather busy evening. The room managers strolled throughout the room making sure that every person was seen and noticed.
