“This Dunkin is way to busy to not have enough staff on. There ends up being a long wait because of this management needs to get it together and HELP!! So that things can run more smoothly. Now despite all this I must say that the young lady Tiffany that works the mornings is AMAZING!. She is so polite and always gets my coffee perfect. Very hardworking young lady She keep that store in shape. I was very surprised when she told me she isn't the manager there seeing as how she handles everything. Tiffany if you see this GREAT JOB! keep it up and I'II see you soon for some coffee.“

“The place is convenient, the staff is nice and serves fast. My coffee is almost always perfect. However I've noticed it depends on who makes it. For example, my caramel latte today didn't have caramel. I think they should train all the staff on the standard preparation and stick to it so customers can have what they expect to have every time. Coffee is very important to start a good day.“

“At this dunkin, as always, I ordered through the app. I usually get 2 bagels.....1 for my mother and 1 for myself. Mines gets toasted with butter and all the other is just sliced. Well, this the 2nd time I go there and the 2nd bagel is toasted. And I asked the young man was 1 toasted and the other not and he said yes. So now when I order from here, I'll check my order before leaving.“

“This is my closest local dunkin & we go through the drive-through almost every day. I have a serious matcha latte addiction & we prefer Dunkin’s drinks over the competition. “By far my favorite local Dunkin' donuts! It's always crowded, but they are very quick super friendly and always happy every single day. I honestly wouldn't go to a different one that was closer and more convenient for me just because the staff there is so nice. They've also never not had something I've asked for which is kind of rare a Dunkin' Donuts these days a nice to have a reliable option. As far as Dunkin' Donuts go, this is the number one Monmouth County location!

“I come to this Dunkin every day on the way to work. I get the same sandwich every day. In the past 3 months, my order has been completely wrong 2 times. The average is still very good, and I am very pleased with the drive-thru staff day after day, even if there is a mix up. I purposely pass by about 4 other DD's to come to this one.The only other statement I have is I get the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich every day. The menu lists it as having white cheddar cheese, and maybe once a week it will have American cheese. But all-in-all, I'm happy with this location.“

“This Dunkin is BY FAR my favorite. I cannot say better things about it. The employees are amazing, their so polite, there's no argument if something was wrong whether it really was or not. “I order from this place all the time. I get my usual iced coffee and that’s about it. coffee is usually good and never had any issues with staff. The only downside is limited parking. There’s only like 10 parking spots and half of them are for the workers. And if it’s really busy there’s drive thru line goes out to the road.“
