“I have been coming to this place now for over three years… Every time I have a guest over I ask them if they want to eat the best burger in town! Especially their signature OMG burger! Oh and their fries are spectacular! Their employees, their service, and everything else about this restaurant is amazing! They also have a delicious signature sauce. Yum!Vegetarian options: I went there with my sister-in-law and she had the meatless burger and said it was deliciousKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!“

“We were there for a Birthday party on the lower level. The staff did a better than expected job. The bar service was fast even though there was only one bartender. The food was buffet style and very good. I don't know the history of this building, but it looks like it may be an old pub style structure from many years ago. It is well kept. If we didn't live an hour and a half away, we would visit more often.“

“Great little deli with hot food and places to sit. Perfect place to grab lunch after visiting nearby Willowwood Arboretum or any other local attraction. The food was tasty, served quickly by a friendly staff. We had a pork roll on a hard roll and a Reuben. Both were good.“

“I like five guys but they are pricey. 2 people 40.00 easy.I think if they rethought their pricingOr make specials they wouldGet a bigger crowd.The taste of the food is good. But like their hot dog with cheese and bacon 8.00 really?? For a slice of American cheese and literally 1 slice of bacon??? That was a mistake ? getting budget wise.Taste it was good but a better quality hot dog better quality cheese and maybe like 2 slices of bacon crumbled...for that price it should have a gourmet approach.The fries are delicious the burgers too but again it's the cost that always makes 5 guys our every 3 month or more treat.I definitely wouldn't get the grilled cheese.What do you think??Either way enjoy when you do have the $$ to splurge.“

“I grew up with my parents taking my brother and l to this Friendly’s location, usually a celebration or simply a night off of cooking for my mom. Because of this, l always associated Friendly’s with happy times and have a deep affection for the chain. I understand the intervening years since the 1980’s have not been kind to the company, but they continue on and so do we. Tonight my wife and l had dinner here. The food was simple and tasty just as it’s always been. Our server, Lis, was a delightful young woman, pleasant and efficient and on point. And what trip to Friendly’s would be complete without some ice cream? That l can enjoy a meal and the same Reese’s Pieces sundae l remember 40 years later pleases me immensely. I do hope Friendly’s can pull off a turn around. It would be a shame for this piece of Americana to vanish. If you haven’t been to Friendly’s in a while, why not stop by and support this local establishment? I’m glad l did.“

“An improvement over the place formally know as Bea's. The place was not very crowded for a Saturday at dinner which is always a warning light me. We tried to a order a Mojito with coconut rum but the waitress said the bartender didn't know how to make it....so we just ordered soup and dinner. The Clam Chowder was fantastic! as was my wife's Onion Soup. So thumbs and an extra star just for the soup.The dinner we had was typical pub fair, a Reuban Sandwich and Fish and Chips. They were tasty and satisfying, but nothing to rave about.So overall ....it's just a good decent pub with good food, great soup, cool turn of the century (19th century) atmosphere..... and doesn't know how to make a Coconut Mojito.“

“Feb 25,2024 I ordered for pickup a bacon cheeseburger. It was delicious it was quite large it filled the entire box. I have had burgers in many businesses in Hackettstown and this is number one. “The manager did an excellent job. She's so sweet and welcoming. The place looked great, clean and festive and the wait staff was friendly fun and attentive. Everyone was having a good time and enjoying the evening. I had chicken bacon waffles and my date had jalapeño cheeseburgers both with the fries. Yum.“

“My husband and I go here almost every week. The food is great, especially the Southwest chicken bowl, and the sizzling blondie is literally the best dessert I have ever had. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and one young lady in particular seems to know what we want and takes care of us before we can even say anything. Phenomenal place all around.“
