“If it weren’t for the 2 hr wait for a pie, I’d def have given 5 stars. I ordered online tonite and was advised 45-55 min. I showed up at 1 hour and was told it was an additional 30 minutes!
I attempted to leave and requested a refund as I was very tired and hungry from a long day of work from a 12+ hour shift. It was refreshing that the person at the counter was considerate of the situation and offered a reasonable solution - although I lived just outside their delivery area, the delivered the pie as soon as it was ready.
It arrived piping hot and delicious. Thank you, Brooklyn Sq for hiring a team that connects with its customers and makes an effort to find solutions.“

“First of all the service is great,I ordered before hand so that I would be able to get there and have my food already made,And the girl on the phone was very nice and patient,she also explained to me what certain things were that I didn’t understand because they were in Spanish.The food was very good and filling.But I do recommend ordering by the serving size they give you and not ordering 1 quesadilla because the serving is two.The prices were reasonable and for (a torta,tacos,soles a side of Mexican cactus) I only paid around 40 including beverages.“
