“The past 2 out of 3 times our order was messed up. I ordered a meatball parm sandwich meal and got chicken parm. My friend got a chicken salad wrap and asked for no cheese since she doesn't eat or drink dairy. It came with cheese but not bacon, lettuce or tomato like it said it description. Placed an order tonight and asked from grilled chicken and received beef. I'll let them slide for tonight since it's nye and I know they're busy.“

“On the recommendation of a Philly native, I went to a place called Steve’s Prince of Steaks in North Philly. The moment I walked in I was hit with a intoxicating aroma. The setting was fairly unremarkable, with stainless steele walls and painted cement floor, along with a row of barstools and a small counter, perfect for late night and early morning bar closers or the lunch crowd from the Pepsi bottling plant across the street! I sat down to eat my meal that consisted of a traditional Philly cheesesteak with fried onions cheese whiz and steak. The onions were so flavourful and the cheese whiz was almost addictive, I nearly finished it in one bite. I left this place thinking that I now know why they call it prince of steak and winner of a Guinness Book World Records winner. If I had to recommend going anywhere when you stop in Philly, it would be at this place rather than the overhyped tourist spots seen on TV and paid travel reviews. I feel like it embodies the quintessential idea of Philly, It is a true testament to Phillys traditional cuisine and really gives the city it’s nickname, the city of brotherly love and sandwiches!“

“My husband loves this chain from his time working in Marlton. We were in Voorhees running errands, and decided to stop into this location. It's slightly more spacious than Marlton which is nice. The service was quick and efficient. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was delicious. Fresh and lots of chicken. It came with two little bread sticks and vodka sauce which was phenomenal. My husband got a cheesteak and cheese fries which he loved. He said the leftovers were still just as tasty the next day. Will definitely return!“

The place is a busy spot. You can call to order ahead as well. Seating is limited as the place is small. They also deliver to businesses. Friendly they have been here for over 20 years. Closes at 4pm.“

“The cheesesteak is great. I have eaten a lot of cheesesteaks and I can honestly say it is definitely good quality and sizeable steak for the prices. My only complaint would be that if you are ordering for delivery don’t get any of the fried food like the mac and cheese balls, they don’t manage to stay crispy at all by the time they get to their destination. Maybe they could look into ways to keep them crispy for a longer period of time. Either way the cheesesteak is a 8.5+/10 (extremely good)“

As I traveled here, I didn’t know what to expect because I don’t know of any good , cheap food spots in this exact area right off the Blvd. Ain’t the best part of Philadelphia but there is security cameras inside & the 2 staff members were nice . I ate half of the platter first & gave my stomach some time to decide if it agreed. The cheesesteak was hot & I asked for crispy fries & they were .
For the food you get , the prices are CHEAP. Like 2019 cheap. Leave a TIP the place is ?in the rough.“

“We just moved to area within the last 6 months and this place has become a staple when we dont feel like cooking. Big portions, always cooked to perfection and they always give you more than enough dressing, fixings, etc. We know we are paying for two meals at once because we never finish! “I stopped at Joseph’s when I was in the Fox Chase area with my family. The restaurant is very well-decorated. They have beautiful illuminated stained glass ceiling panels and a double sided fireplace with an antique clock and books. They also have great food and great service. I had a lunch special: two slices of pepperoni pizza and the soup of the day (Italian wedding soup). The food was delicious and I was told that their pizza is made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend Joseph’s and I will definitely be back there in the near future.“

Joe sat down with me, helped me determine how many portions we would need for the number of people in attendance, and we went through the menu and made the appropriate selections. (For 40 adults and ~15 kids, we ended up getting two cold sandwich trays and ~15 Hot Sandwiches cut down into portions). At the party, the sandwiches were the star of the show. I had a warming oven to keep the hot sandwiches warm, and even after a few hours, the bread did not lose its integrity. We had some leftovers, but not too many, and there was no shortage of folks eager to take some home. 5+ Stars to the Chick's crew for making this process seamless.“
