“I just joined Five Iron Fishtown and I love it. The location is great and I love the vibes of the inside. The hours are perfect as I generally go to use the simulators before work in the morning and work on my swing or play a round. I’ve also had a few lessons with Senior Golf Pro Matt Davis and I can already tell my swing has gotten better. With the technology they have and following Matt’s direction I feel like I’ll be performing a lot better once I get on an actual course. Highly recommend.“

“I finally found my sweet spot at Tommy's Tavern. I've been several times for dinner and although I love the menu, it is too loud to have a conversation. The old Hoolihan's was divided, so diner's were separated from the Happy Hour bar noise. Tommy's updated huge bar is open to all table seating. The music at night blasts loudly to compete with the bar's very loud patrons. So much so that I have trouble even hearing the server to give my order.
I decided to give it a try for lunch. Much better. Without the large bar crowd and overly loud music it was a great experience. My Cubano sandwich was very tasty although it was not abundant of meats. I had the spicy mustard on the side which worked for me as it was very hot. Our server Bree was very sweet and helpful. I think she really added to this being our best visit.“

“This Spots Bar is fairly new, replacing the old Hot Shots. Very clean and completely renovated. Updated with multiple tv’s to watch all your sporting events no matter where you sit. Bar staff and owners are very friendly and courteous. If you enjoy shooting pool they have two tables. Venue caters to all ages. Juke Box, Foosball, pinball Arcade games, pool tables, stage for bands, DJ booth, dance floor, cocktails and good affordable food. This bar is newer and just getting started in SJ but getting ready to explode and compete with all the top sports bars in the area. Easily located and plenty of parking. Highly recommended for fun with featured nights from bands, Open Mic Night, Texas Hold’m and pool league nights.“

Don't do bars much anymore but it was raining out from my exercise walk and I went in for a refreshment cocktail the two Latina women there very professional and very friendly if I had a bar I would hire them. “Amazing hospitality on Saturday for our daughters 40th birthday. We put together last minute arrangements and Phily Diner was able to accommodate a party of 20. The food was delicious and our server (Nicole) was professional and attentive, and we all felt like VIP's upstairs. We even got to watch the football games! It was good to be home. Our daughter was surprised and appreciative. Will stop in again soon.“

“Went here on at Saturday morning. They were open at 9:30 which was great. Some regulars already there. They had sports on all the tvs. The service was quick and friendly. The drinks were cheap and well made. If your in the northeast check them out.“
