“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. “Tankys is the spot! These people in the comments below complaining about it being unsafe just have nothing better to do. Other bars right down the block plays music just as loud and stays open just as late. Besides the one incident last year, there aren’t any brawls or fights that happen there. Most ppl that go there are regulars and know each other. To the ppl complaint about it being loud in open late, you have the power to move to another place you knew where you were moving to when you moved there tankys has been there my whole lifeThe drinks are strong and cheap, the vibe is chill, older crowd, when they have a DJ the music is good, u can bring food in, and they have a lil pool table and a parking lot. I been going to tankys for year and never had a bad experience. Occasionally the bartenders be too busy to get to me and I’ll get tired of waiting and leave but that’s all rare.“

“Great food. Tiny place and if you go late on certain days you may not get a table. Staff is hit or miss. One day I witnessed three young girls working there standing behind the bar talking to each other and on their phones rather then tending to the customers. I do have to give support to the one young lady who eventually had to run the whole place herself till someone came to cover the bar. They should always have more than one person working the main dining area. If you want a good bar pie come here.“

you will have the energy you put towards ronnie reciprocated; if you're mean or unruly or just downright unpleasant, he will be cold but courteous. he's the kind of bartender that the entire bar will back up if anyone gets unruly, like, 'you mess w the bartender, you mess w all of us.'“

“I'm from out of town so I was really excited to try some of the local food spots in this area and this place did not disappoint. There was a bit of a language barrier but the staff was very helpful and offered me a menu in English. I ordered the salmon and I also had the spare ribs to go. Listen..... the food was amazing the drinks are very good. The bartender very beautiful and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food. Good music . Down to earth crowd just all out to have a good time it was a cool vibe a lot of smiling faces .. the chicken wings were off the hook the drinks were good . Every other Thursday they have karaoke after 8pm and people come to sing that anyone wonders if they were professional singers in the past. Extraordinarily privileged voices.
