“We came a Thursday afternoon, the service was great and the food choices were top tier. I didn’t know what to order. We settle with the Pastelitos and Carne Asada since we were in a bit of a rush. Food was amazing full of flavor. We will definitely be coming back. The Horchata was AMAZING! That alone will have me coming back.“

I went all the way from Jersey City to get a plate of Frituras... which consisted of Pork Chops, Fried Chicken, Salami, and fried Plantains and it did not disappoint! “Today was our 4th time visiting Samba. The food is consistently great! the service is top-notch. They have a very friendly staff. The atmosphere is old-school Brazilian and very comfortable. I highly recommend Samba, especially if you like gluten-free cuisine.“

“Came in for lunch and our server Paola was the sweetest. She made me the most delicious Coconut Mojito. Food was delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned.
I highly recommend if you want Colombian Food or soup this place will suffice.

“This place is an absolute hidden gem. The front door is literally located between 2 service bay doors at Sansone Toyota. Don't let the hard to find and unusual location sway you, the journey of discovery is just part of the fun. Once through the door, you take the stairs up to a beautifully maintained cafe oasis. We were going for breakfast and left sad that we had no room left to stay all day and enjoy the lunch buffet. They have a beautiful open kitchen concept where you can see all the fresh food being prepared. The breakfast was excellent with wonderful fresh ingredients and satisfying portion sizes. Don't miss the pupusas, a house specialty. The owner, Rosa, is as sweet as can be and runs the restaurant with various family members. We were staying at the nearby Fairfield Inn due to a flight cancellation at Newark Airport and made the walk over. Not the easiest walk due to a lack of sidewalks in the area, but there is a crosswalk to get across the busy highway. We were able to successfully use our airline food vouchers (come as virtual visa cash cards), so we were pleased with that as well. Rosa's should not be missed if you are in the area!“

“1st time in establishment and was very excited to try out a local Domincan Restaurant. Restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere was reminiscent of a typical latin restaurant but feels to be more of a lunch/take out spot. Menu has your basic hot and cold sandwiches if you are not looking for something authentic. The rest of the menu has latin dishes and daily specials that are broken up into their combos small medium and family size. The portions are quite large . I ordered the pernil / salad/ and arroz con gandules ... flavor was spot on...two to three people could have honestly split the combo ... overall I would go back to try other dishes but would be sure to split the combo ...“

“April 21 we had our mother Birthday 🥳 dinner here and the service was excellent! The portions of the delicious food were large. “I think the azúcar buffet is great. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The food is amazing I love the service and the people who work here. Angelina and the other staff members are great. I love how they are always greeting me and everyone else saying good morning and good evening and make my day. I think the drinks are great. The buffet is really clean and neat. It’s one of my favorite buffets to go to. I would definitely recommend to go with family members it’s child friendly and there is no problems at all. “What a great place! Passed by here once and our daughter’s name is Madison so I thought it would be fun to try out. Made a reservation for Mother’s Day, probably not the best day to try a new place. We showed up for our 12:15 reservations and despite the mob scene outside, our table was waiting. The food and service were spectacular on a busy day. I can’t wait to come back on a normal day. I had the cauliflower tacos. Amazing, as good as they look in the picture. Wife and daughter had omelettes with salad and potatoes. Neither could finish! Not sure if I can post photos“

“Ecuadorian food my waitress was a Dominican girl really kind she is New but is a good one. Very respectful,nice ,kind,and serve the things carefully. I really feel so good i been sad because my mom was travelling back to my country and she doesn't know she treat me nice and make my day better. I will return. “Exceptional customer service and the entrees were superb. Our servers were both excellent, Andres and Vivian and their hunky manager, whose name we did not catch. The drinks were very well made, with nice presentation. My wife, Patricia, had a Coconut Mojito and I had two Lemon Martinis (well blended) refreshing and tasty. Order the Calamari as an appetizer. Our entrees were the salmon and the cheese steak. Everything was prepared with a Columbian flare! Ole! You and a culinary delight.“

“I have been a customer for many years. Yesterday I ordered dry goat and they gave me as if they had been leftovers from the day. The portion was like a child's size. I called to complain and the manager, always with an attitude, said that she didn't see anything wrong with it. “The food here is amazing and the price is decent. My favorite is the soup and the fried fish. There is not much parking outside because it’s on the avenue. There is space to eat inside for a small group of 4. The service in taking orders could be better, sometimes the server takes long to get the food out to customers even if you called ahead of time.“

“I love this place. I stopped here because it piqued my interest. I got the vegetable chaufa with added chicken and a choco bread pudding to go.
Absolutely fresh and delicious. I loved the pink sauce added into the chaufa, it was so sweet and added a nice touch of a different flavor. One employee and asked me how it was and explained how the pink sauce was made.
The place is so warm and cozy and the people that work there are so friendly. One of the workers had given a postal worker a drink for free while they were dropping off the mail. It was such a nice act of kindness that warmed my heart.
I can't wait to go back!“
