“Since Sofia's got a new Chef a couple of years ago, I've really enjoyed their new menu. The Grilled Eggplant Steaks are my favorite...it's a vegetarian dish, and even though I'm not a vegetarian, this dish is so satisfying and flavorful that I do not miss the protein. There is a little crumbled cheese on top, so there is a little protein there. The Tuna Crudo appetizer is delicious, as is the Pita with the 4 assorted toppings. I highly recommend trying Sofia's if you've never been there❣️“
