“Adam Kabob and Grill is a modest space in a strip mall. You probably passed by it on route many times, but it's this type of "hidden treasure" place that has the best food. I spent more money on gas than I did for my Beef Seekh Kabob platter! The plate was covered with food. The beef kabobs were spiced just right (savory, not hot spicy) and tender. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He thanked every customer that picked up food for their patronage and was polite taking orders over the phone. He even generously brought me a side of hummus on the house out of kindness and the spirit of giving. They also have vegetarian options. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. The only question I have is: When are you opening a restaurant in NJ?“
“Best seafood I have ever had. My boyfriend and I were beyond satisfied. The portions are more than other places I've been and already come with vegetables.Garlic Butter sauce was the best sauce I've ever had in my life. The service is also very welcoming, they called us themselves to let us know they're out of mussels.Ordering again tonight.“
“My family and I were waiting to eat at the cheesecake factory across the way and I was thirsty and stopped here to get some water. A very nice guy started telling me about the food and then let me try some of the chicken. It was soo good!! Very flavorful and moist! I ended up going back to the Cheesecake Factory and convincing my family to come eat here instead for dinner. Everything was delicious! My daughter and I got 2 boxes with the chicken and both fries and rice and my husband got the chicken sandwich. Everything was wonderful. Would definitely eat here again. Nice to have something unique to eat around here with yummy flavors. :)“
“Made reservations in October loved everything about it. Hubby and I are headed back for our anniversary this month. The waiter was polite/attentive and the food/drinks were delicious and strong. **chefs kiss** The atmosphere was laid back, decorated nicely and quiet.“
“RUN, don't walk, to this super authentic Mediterranean restaurant!!!The aesthetic is welcoming and absolutely gorgeous! We shared a pot of tea, and it was fantastic! Grape leaves are a favorite of mine and these were so good I wished there were more on the plate. Also had the lamb kebob, tiny bit overcooked, but amazing flavor. The rice is a stand out, I could have eaten an entire dish of it! Tried the spinach and feta Pide which was flavorful, beautiful, and absolutely perfect!!There is plenty of seating for large parties, so bring the whole family and order the sampler!I can't wait to go back. We've needed an authentic Mediterranean place since Tastyland closed, and THIS IS IT!!“
“Everything is delicious, but I especially love the stuffed grape leaves and baklava. My parents love the falafel, which is shocking because they never liked it before. Very flavorful and crispy. Staff is friendly, place is very clean, and my order is always right. Great place!“
“We loved the flavors of the food. AJ was our server, she was great! We were 7 people and sat right next to the kitchen where the heat lamps made us warm...the three of us, with our backs to the kitchen, were literally warm to the touch. The warm pita was out of this world! The hummus portion was not enough for 7, so we should have ordered two. IMO, the hummus should have been larger, especially for $15... Ask for extra bread. My skewers were delicious and filling/ lamb, chicken and shrimp. Yum. Byo... will go back. The appetizers were so good- dumplings, shrimp with mushrooms. The sauce was devoured! Hence, the extra bread!!“
“I have never lived in NJ so everytime I want to eat something delicious I drive around an hour to go this place and it is totally worth it .The staff are really nice and I feel comfortable. The place is very clean and quiet.I highly recommend lahmacun.“
“Absolute gem. Go here now, I mean tonight. Not much to look at as you pull up, but ignore that. Clean and welcoming on the inside.Babaganoush was smoky, silky, fresh and bright on perfectly cooked bread. The mixed grill had a bit of everything from the menu and we loved it all. Meat and vegetables grilled on charcoal and perfectly seasoned. Everyone from the guy that only eats grilled steak to the Indian food afficiando will love this place. Staff was warm and welcoming. In a world of chain restaurants serving poorly cooked processed crap, we need more places like this. Delicious, fresh, healthy food with character. Don't know what you are missing. BYOB.“
“We were there for dinner on Valentine’s Day. The atmosphere was great, loved that we could bring our own wine, and had great service. The filet mignon, Bob’s seafood, bread and dessert were all phenomenal. The only thing we wouldn’t recommend is the lobster bisque. It didn’t quite the hit the mark and had no pieces of actual lobster in it. Everything overall was wonderful though!“
“Mikonos is my favorite restaurant in the Mercer County area - a lovely place to eat. Great service, absolutely delicious (and consistent) food, and a great laid back atmosphere. BYOB. Some of our faves are the village salad, lemon potatoes, chicken souvlaki, gigantes, and lentil soup. I particularly appreciate the positive attitude of the staff and management. They said a great example for the kids for how a team can work together well.Vegetarian options: Eating vegetarian at Mikonos is easy and delicious. There is meat on the menu, but plenty of great vegetarian food too.“
“If you're looking for fantastic food that's simple, fresh & delicious, this is the place. Quality over price, this place punches way above its weight category and is a great value (generous portions only add to it). If you're still pondering whether to try this place out, just do it!“
“First time at Canal Street Grille and we were impressed. Good to have a nice local place with great service. Food was good. The place is a square room so everyone’s conversation is heard by everyone, perhaps having background noise or music might help keep some privacy, but will definitely visit again!!“
“They have nice ambience inside and outside. It was perfect dinner place to celebrate my birthday. The place is in the middle of the Princeton downtown area and has a nice chill vibes. Staff is really good and friendly. Loved their food and drinks.“
“Favorite resteraunt. I eat here once a week. I have tried other places in the past that offer falafel, but nothing compares to mamouns. I used to go to their location in the village in NYC years ago, and when they came to Princeton around 2015, I was pumped. Have been a customer ever since. And yes, get the hot sauce. It is like nothing you’ve ever had“
“I have been going here for a few years and it is always fantastic food. I don’t even like lamb, but the lamb shish is delicious here and it is what I order every time. There are good vegetarian options too. Whether you are from the Middle East or never tried Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food before, there is something here for you. The staff are super nice and accommodating.“
“We live in the area and have been here several times. Probably the best vodka rigatoni I’ve ever had. My husband has frequently been disappointed in his meals. The steak always seems to be undercooked and certain dishes lack seasoning and flavor for his liking. I always order the vodka rigatoni so I’m never disappointed it’s literally the best!! Cozy atmosphere too.“
