“My family and I are obsessed with this place! All of the young workers are so kind and courteous. They are constantly cleaning up the yogurt machines and the topping stations and it looks super nice.
There's a wide variety of toppings and they're not basic either! My favorite is the sauce/ wet topping station. It's got everything from hot fudge to marshmallow drizzle and reese's peanut butter sauce!
I honestly can say I enjoy coming here more than getting an ice cream from an ice cream place. I'd highly recommend it for the topping selection and lots of variety.

“I never go to any Panera Bread other than this one. The portion sizes are always amazing compared to others, food tastes amazing and the the service is also awesome. Special thanks to Jason especially. I had received my food a little cold due to it being on the to go area for a while. I called the Panera Bread and talked to Jason, who said that he would be able to make me a new one no problem. Came in the next day and asked him. Had deliciously fresh food In front of me within 6 minutes. Definitely going to keep coming here.“

I know it’s towards the end of the night, but she is still always so pleasant and my food always made perfect and quickly. Tonight’s turkey sandwich was no exception. Too many times people just complain or take good service for granted, and I’d love to see see them get the recognition deserved. Some of us do appreciate it, especially when we’re running to work. Owner was also very friendly. Even though Keansburg is desolate due to the season, this restaurant is still open and it's worth the trip to either eat in or order out from here. “Quaint but eclectic and adorable coffee shop that reminds me of the days of living in Seattle. It's such a breath of fresh air compared to the corporate vibe of DD or Starbucks. “I have been going to gems since they first opened in Keansburg! They have good food and I understand with food cost they had to raise prices. I wish they would put a little bit more on breakfast sandwiches for what they charge. Other than that they still taste great and the employees are always friendly!“

The coconut lemonade is like nothing else. The Maduro plantains were perfect. The steak was medium though I asked for med rare. It was still tender and full of flavor.“
