The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10”

“Absolutely delight. Delicious food. Every bite reminded me of back home. We had the Kabul combo and lamb shank, which is traditional afghani dish. The meat was falling off the bone and the curry was amazing. I highly recommend this place for a family night out. I will definitely be coming back for more.”

“Loved this cute little place!!! My daughter and I were out and about, and wanted to get some coffee, but not from the regular “chain” coffee shop, so after a quick search, we headed to Metuchen. We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. Everything was super clean, and we were greeted right away by the super friendly employee. My daughter ordered a cappuccino and I got iced coffee. We also got a cheese and pesto savory pastry and a passion fruit and coconut tres leches dessert. Everything was delicious!!!!! Thanks for the enjoyable experience. We will definitely return.”

“Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!”

He was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure our order was perfect from start to finish. He even took the time to suggest some great menu options that we absolutely loved. “This is the combination I didn’t know I needed until I had it and can’t live without it now! When you walk in, the beautiful BBQ smells grace you along with a friendly welcome. We had the half and half - the jerk pork was so tasty and the jerk chicken was to die for! The meat is tender and flavorful. The rice is a surprising main character to accompany the meats. The ramen is absolutely delicious (especially on a cold day) and the couple/family pricing is unbeatable.

“This is such a cozy, cute spot for bubble tea — their drinks are flavorful and balanced, not your typical watered-down sugary boba. You can really taste the quality. The waffle fries are a fun snack, but the real star here is the Takoyaki — crispy, gooey, savory perfection every time. Such a gem!”

I've come here abt 20*** times so far and I've never had a bad food experience. I've had sushi from a lot of other AYCE, all you can eat, sushi places and I think this one is the best in terms of quality and variety. It's about $30 per person.

The fish here tastes fresh and NOT watered down like other places I've been to. The miso soup is good here too, it doesn't taste artificial and sweet like other places.

The special rolls are a little questionable, there are a lot of special rolls that aren't my type and extremely filling but I like the sashimi and regular rolls. The salmon is good here, so I always get salmon sashimi and Alaska rolls.

They also have other foods available in their AYCE like shumai, sesame chicken, lo mein, and calamari, takoyaki, etc. Most of their non-sushi items are good too. I have some friends who don't like seafood but they still get the ayce.

ONE THING TO NOTE, if you come here with a party of 5 or more, you will be charged a 15% service fee.”

Sue knows all of our orders and she takes care of us making sure I food comes out perfect and hot. Sue is kind, helpful and friendly so we love coming there to see her and the food.”

“I haven’t been to Cafe Paris in about 17 years, not since the end of my senior year of high school when a bunch of us brought our French teacher there to eat. I decided to stop there today for a much needed celebration of myself after a rough few weeks. The food was absolutely superb, and my waitress, Jackie, embraced my self celebration. Now that the warm weather is finally arriving, I can’t wait to bring my kids (who love bread, fruit, and cheese!) for a lovely lunch outside. I can’t believe I stayed away for so long— I won’t be making that mistake again!!”
