“Highly recommend! Food is delicious and portions are shareable depending on hunger level! Everything was nice and crispy! Ordered french fries, onion rings, and small orders of sweet and spicy wings (10), crispy chicken drumsticks (5) and hot and spicy boneless chicken (about 12 pieces or so). Will definitely be coming back!“

“Excellent chicken. A true “hidden gem”. Hole in the wall that you’d never expect. Chicken is fresh and always moist. Seriously. Better than PopEyes and KFC, honestly can’t even compare it to them.

Grilled Chicken salad is a made fresh, the grilled chicken was seasoned well, and veggies were crisp. Service is quick and prompt; No Frills. You tell them exactly what you want, they will provide.

Fried chicken was crispy and moist as mentioned before, was seasoned evenly. Go try it yourself before this place becomes famous.“

There's no seating inside, which is fine because we were bringing it to family, but I wish they had a drive-thru window so I wouldn't have to unbuckle my kids every time I pick up food there.“

I was then graciously assisted by the personable and professional Shanyce G. as she knowledgeably answered my questions about menu items while I waited.

“I need to say that Malka Khan is a diamond in the rough. Went into Crispy Chicken a few months ago. She was exceptionally kind and serviceable and went beyond in customer service. Second time in she was ever kinder, made me feel welcome and appreciated. Hence, why I’m taking the time to write this. She was generous, accommodating; more people should be this way. “I have been going to KFCs since they started and they have been around for at least 20 years +. And I love the menus. The chicken is outstanding and I love the biskits and the chocolate chip cookies. Prices are reasonable to. I’m disabled now so I’m going to have to get someone to go and use the drive in to pick up my food. I live right down the street at the Senior Tower West building at Plainfield Avenue and W. 7th Street. We are right here at the corner. It’s so easy to get there. It’s the best spot for that KFC cause it’s right on the corner and it’s right in a busy section in that area.“

“I could not recommend this location more. We all know that Chick-fil-A food is delicious. Despite it being fast food, it tastes so much better quality. The chicken nuggets don't look processed and extremely fake like most other fast food restaurants. But I think what makes Chick-fil-A even more special is the incredible atmosphere and 10/10 service they provide. Did they mess up your order? Don't worry, because they will happily correct it and often times give you something extra to make up for it. People make mistakes, but unlike many other restaurants, Chick-fil-A owns up to that and works hard to make up for it. But what I love about this location is the PEOPLE. In high school, my friends and I used to go here every time we had a half day. After a few times, some of the high-up workers noticed and would talk to us, and every time they see us they would ask why we had a half day. “Last time I had KFC in the states was 6 years ago, however it was over fried and literally trash. The chicken at the Plainfield KFC was perfect, the restaurant is remodeled and clean. I hope they keep up with the high quality; not like other KFC’s nowadays.“
