This is my 4th time they messed up my food and it seemed like management does not care because if anytime you do survey or contacted them they never respond back and every time the employee is rude.
We ordered food for 16 people for delivery. The food was messed up. It was not delivered in the office. It was just dropped out of the office and not even informed us. Food was messy with all the packets wet from outside. We tried calling them and there is no way to speak to a live person. The call goes to the main office and not to the branch where we ordered from. DO NOT ORDER from this place. Zero star for them

We order there often but never eat there. I have never seen anyone cleaning the tables. I ordered double steak and they tried to get me to pay for single steak. The burritos are poorly made where you get a bite of just lettuce or just rice or just protein. This is what happens when you hire young people, don’t train them properly, and the owner is absent.
