“Gave a 5 for the atmosphere although I haven’t been there. I imagine it’s top notch based off of the customer service experience I had with a young gentleman on the phone today. I made an Uber Eats order and called to make an adjustment to my sandwiches. The young man on the phone was professional and did not hesitate to make sure that my accommodations would be granted. I wish I caught his name but the call took place at approximately 3:36PM on 1OCT25. He was exactly what I expect when calling an eatery. Prompt, direct, and accommodating. No questions asked, no back and forth. As someone who works in the industry it was greatly appreciated.“

I tried the 6 inch veggie sandwich. It came fully loaded with fresh veggies and special sauces. Each bite was filled with surprising flavours.

“If you want a great, "old school" alternative to Tastees, this is the spot! I don't think they've changed the menu board since the 80s, maybe earlier. Handmade with care and attention to detail, the sandwiches are delicious and fresh. There are very few healthy beverage options, but Bai water is one and a good selection of flavors available. Friendly service and vintage interior decor make this sandwich shop a great stop along Woodbridge Avenue. Pictured is the tuna with pickles on the side.“

I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Joe the owner and his employee Desire questioned me about the number of people I wished to serve, and at that point told me that I was ordering too much food! Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. It was a nice, professional gesture on his part, and a good way to treat a customer.“

All now in college now and finally got time to order so I decided to Order ( My very first time). I ordered the Chef Salad which was just fantastic! So Fresh! The cucumbers sliced Perfectly- not thick cute like other places! I also ordered a side of chicken and I was so surprised how much was given - nice portion! Had a few of the kids fries! Heavenly!!! “We had been to this place on our way to New York. A good subway place with enough room for customers to sit and dine. There are plenty parking as well. There was only one person to serve and the young lady was very friendly and provided a thankful service. Subway we ordered was very delicious and I would go there anytime. Since there was only one person working there, I experienced a bit of a delay. Again that happens in most Subway places away from cities. There is a clean restroom as well.“
