“This is the first Dunkin I brought my grandma to since she moved to the US with me and she’s loved Dunkin’ Donuts coffee ever since. And we’ve been to other Dunkin branches, but she says that this location has the freshest coffee and their bagels and always soft. We love spending our afternoons here, the environment is always so calm “

“Dunkin' Middlesex has a most advantageous location, being just a few steps away from the always popular Middlesex Shopping Center. I stopped by and had an Iced Coffee, Egg Wake Up Wrap, and Jelly Donut. All were good; the wake up wrap slightly overdone on the edges. However, it was quite substantial and sufficient.

Vegetarian options: Not much. Just avoid the bacon and sausage options.

“This place is just amazing! There were 5 of us and we all ordered something different. Everything we got was delicious- we all tried each other's dishes. There's a little bit of everything to satisfy even the pickiest eater. I would just drive her (over a 2 hour drive for me) just to come eat here. I need this place closer to home, lol.“

“Some of the BEST donuts you can get, hands down. The donuts are the perfect combination of yeasty, sweet, and crunchy. And you can’t beat the price - much less expensive than DD or the other mass produced competitors. Plus they can be very artistic under the right lighting. “The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“I've tried a couple of mochi donuts here and they are all amazing! Not too sweet and the flavors all hit the mark. I've recently stopped by and noticed they had Christmas themed donuts, which is think is so cute, they would be great to bring to a party or to gift to someone.“

When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.“

“Always quick and ready pickup for online orders. Lots of parking and area kept clean. Even when i order in store, the staff is knowledgeable and patient when my kids are deciding which donuts they want. The seating in the back is my favorite and just has a different vibe that takes me back in time.“

“I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. “This branch is my first time ever having Dunkin coffee in the USA. I came to the USA last year and ever since i had a connection with this Dunkin' donuts branch. I don't know why i like this branch. “There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well.
