I made an Uber Eats order and called to make an adjustment to my sandwiches. The young man on the phone was professional and did not hesitate to make sure that my accommodations would be granted. I wish I caught his name but the call took place at approximately 3:36PM on 1OCT25. He was exactly what I expect when calling an eatery. Prompt, direct, and accommodating. No questions asked, no back and forth. As someone who works in the industry it was greatly appreciated.“

“We order subs form here at least twice a month. Subs are always pretty good BUT today I ordered a meatball sub.. All I can say is it was the nastiest meatball sub I ever ate! I’m sure the meatball sub from WaWa is much better. The sub contained a crap load of sauce and mushed meat not even meatballs. The meat tasted like the cheap meat from a can. Every time I think of it I want to vomit 🤮!!!! I normally place online orders but today I went in. They don’t even put paper down while making your sandwich they place the bread on the counter and slide it from one side to the other. I didn’t complain since it looked clean BUT I will Not be ordering from there again. What a waste of $15. I tried giving the rest to my dog but he didn’t even eat it. He put it in his mouth then spit it back out. If a dog won’t eat what does that tell you???! I would really like a refund but reality I know I ain’t going to get one. So I will WARN all those who like meatball subs DO NOT go to Jersey Mikes in Matawan. They truly suck. I can’t get the nasty meat flavor out of my mouth. Smh I hope the cheese steak I picked up for my husband is good......“
