They also take special orders. They are not dedicated gluten free but they offer a lot of gluten free options that are just as delicious as their other bakery items. I highly recommend this business.“

“In 2024, the Monsey area is filled with catering establishments, take-out store, and bakeries, and yet Glaubers, which has been here forever, is still the best. They have catered kiddushin and a wedding for us and we were always greatly satisfied. The only mention I have and it's seriously not a big deal was the dining room that we were seated in was a bit too dark I actually had to turn my flashlight on my phone to see. On a scale of 1-10 I give it an 11 !!“

“As charming as the bakery is, it pales in comparison to Miss Eleanor, the owner. Over the past several years I developed a sensitivity to wheat, so I wanted a gluten-free snack. She had a wide selection of sweets (cupcakes, cookies, brownies) but I saw the picture of biscuits and quickly decided to enjoy them with my coffee.

I took Ms Eleanor up on her offer to warm them up and chatted while waiting for my order to be complete. We had a lovely conversation about so many things - food, travel, career changes.

The biscuits were delicious and very reasonably priced so I’ll have to make my way back soon.

“Absolutely the best bagel there is. Each one no matter the flavor is a delight. And their food that they put on the bagel is delicious. Get there before 3;30 PM if you want sliced cheese because they close the slicer at 3;30. I know if I get there at 3;32 PM the slicer is off. So I get tuna fish instead and it’s about as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and do a good job. What a place!“

“I come here atleast once a week and my boyfriend comes here 2-3 times a week. All of their croissants are amazing. I love the apple and the almonds croissant. My boyfriend is obsessed with the chocolate croissants. I believe all of them are under $4 which is pretty good considering how large they are. They also have coffee, juice, cake, cookies, arepas and breakfast platers. Great for a quick bite before work. Been coming here for a little over a year.“
