“We went here tonight for the first time and we feel like we FINALLY found our Thai restaurant in the area! We loved it!
The food was fresh, hot, and fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and intimate. This place is the real deal. If you are looking for a good Thai restaurant in the area then THIS is the one.“

“I went with my girlfriend who lives in Short Hills -first time dining here. I fancy myself a foodie and I always say I'm easy to please but hard to impress. This was hands down one of the best meals I've had in ages and probably the top 2 Thai restaurants I've ever been to. We ordered so much food, assuming we would take at least half of it home, but had a hard time stopping and nearly finished it all before we left.
The staff was so lovely - happy, friendly people.
We had:
-Green papaya salad - perfect balance and just the right amount of spice (level 1)
-Chicken Larb - level 1 -also perfect
-Red curry chicken, substituted the bell peppers with Chinese broccoli - level 2 - perfect heat and consistency of the sauce
-Street cabbage - wok charred with a garlicky sauce- such a simple dish but so much flavor.
-Thai fried rice - straightforward & delicious
10 out of 10 -no notes. Delicious from start to finish. Next time I'll BYOB.

“Just an amazing overall experience. The food is just spot on. Our Favs beef Penang, crispy basil duck, Drunken flat rice noodles, the volcano shrimp , the whole fish in the thai sauce. The host/ owner is just so gracious & pleasing & the ambiance is absolutely equal to any fine dining atmosphere with the twist of delicious thai food.“

“Everything we had was spectacular, with incredibly great texture and seasoning. Any of the duck dishes I cant recommend them enough and the truffle rolls were an amazing app. Only complaint would be the price of the drinks being a bit high but other than that I highly recommend this place for a nice dinner outing.“

“Excited to revisit this place!! Appetizers and mains were all flavorful and timely (we got the Crispy Spring Rolls, Tofu Triangles, Prik Khing, Green Curry, Grilled Beef, and Drunken Noodles). Staff were so friendly too! Dying to go back to sample their drinks and desserts, which sound amazing (Thai tea creme brulee?!) 😍“

“Went for lunch and the place was very cute! Nicely decorated and lots of seating available. I got the thai iced tea which was rich and creamy and the pad kee mao that had lots of flavor in the sauce and is not too salty. The vegan puffs were flaky and soft. Will definitely come again!“

“All four of our party enjoyed their entrees and appetizers. Bursting with fresh flavors and top notch ingredients....we were served hefty portions. Not just your average Thai restaurant, a very varied menu. I recommend the delicate little dumplings appetizer and the Lamb Chops with Lemongrass. Also, the Thai Sweet Tea was delicious and the wait staff and owners were patient, helpful and kind.“

“Overall the food was excellent. We were a party of three. The rule is to serve all three at the same time. They served us one at a time making us wait until three of us had food. Not a favorable process. I ordered Tom Tom noodles with seafood, spicy. The broth was over the top spicy. Reason was simple. Rather than slicing the Thai chillie in half, it was chopped finely, hence increasing the heat factor exponentially. I like very spicy food but this was over the top for me.“

“We have many chianese restaurants in our area and nothing compares to the savior in taste at hop hing. Need a special dish they make It. You can order in advance for a certain time and food is still hot when you get home. We love them!“

“Some places are not so appealing on first look but you go back again and again coz the food they serve is amazing. Hunan Wok is definitely falls in that category. Love their food.
Portion sizes are good and food does not mess up with stomach.
If you are looking for some spicy food - they serve one of the hottest chilli oil. The portion size is small so you might want to ask for more (3+)“

“Not sure why I stopped going here. In the last years I've been going across the street. However, I had a feeling to revisit this place after many years. Well, I don't know if it's the dish I ordered, or if the reviews are right. But you have regained me as a happy customer. The RED CURRY SHRIMP was DELICIOUS. The shrimp were big and succulent and plenty of them. I will be back!“

“We have ordered delivery from Hunan Wok Cranford for twenty years at least. This is literally the ONLY Chinese takeout my husband will eat. The taste and quality of their food has been consistent since we started eating from here. We love them and always will, so much so that we moved Bridgewater over a year ago and we STILL only get Chinese take-out from here.“

“Despite a limited selection on thai food, the quality of the food was pretty good. The chicken lettuce wrap was my favorite. They have a wide selection of sushi at reasonable prices, which is an A+ for sushi/sashimi lovers. We came on a Sunday, so no one really dined in but my family. They had a couple take outs.“
