“I went to a dd location in East Windsor they messed up my order and by the time we realized we were already half way to Jackson…we came to drive thru to ask if they could fix the order that a diff location messed up, the gentleman on drive thru very sweet & took care of it no problem!“

“The story goes... 30+ years ago, when my mother-in-law was getting driven to the hospital to deliver her son (aka my husband), she stopped at this Dunkin' for coffee & a bite to eat. And thats why my husband loves DD.

Which also explains why we are here on at least a weekly basis. Its on the busy part of River Rd, can be tricky to drive into, but at least has a parking lot. The place is small and fast, perfect for quick to-go pickup.

Staff is great. Last time I went, I ordered 2 donuts and she put 5 in a bag for me. I am not sure if its because it was a slowish day or because I look massively pregnant. Regardless I never turn down free calories!“

“The best Dunkin near me thank you for giving me my Ice black coffee with no ice. Unlike the other Dunkin in Plainfield that is 7-10 minutes away from this one that said it was against policy to give me no ice…. and that was the only Dunkin that refuses it in New Jersey.“

We had no trouble feeling welcomed at this Dunkin! They smiled and added to the conversation as we made our quirky comments and were very polite to us as we ordered. They were not annoyed at our shine. They appreciated its brightness! You don't see that very often! So, these people here are diamonds in the roughs of Jersey! Please take the time to schedule coming here! They have a drive-thru and the best, most pleasant drive-thru voice me and my fiancé have ever heard! Can't wait to get back here! “I regularly pass a closer DD to go to this one. The customer service is their strength. They make friendly conversation with lots of their regulars including me. Every now & again I'll get a cold dark roast but they always correct the issue like any customer oriented establishment. I recommend this Dunkin.“

I had a really good experience at Dunkin’. The staff was friendly and the service was quick even though it was a bit busy. My coffee was made perfectly and the donuts were fresh and soft. I also liked how clean and organized the store was.
