“Haven't set foot inside Docks since 2004 for no other reason than it's a little out of the way from home and I'm not much of a drinker. I've been working in the area again for about a year and wanted to find a local spot to go with some coworkers and figured since it was close, why not try Docks. I happened across a picture of one of their burgers and had to try one since having my gallbladder removed and being able to once again enjoy the occasional bacon cheeseburger. Stopped there tonight with a coworker, got the Houston Burger and let me tell you... it was incredible. Burger was well seasoned and juicy (even though I always order well done) and the bacon was top quality. The prices were fantastic and my coworker said they had one of the best Guinness draughts he's had in a long time. Definitely see it turning into a to-do after work more often.“

“On my grandson's birthday, he wanted to go somewhere where we could play pool. I found this local, friendly, establishment to be just the kind of place we were looking for, and the food was terrific. Maybe not the kind of place you would impress a young lady on a first date, but certainly the kind of place where you could hang with the guys, talk shop, or just unwind. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a great night! And I would go back there again for sure.“

“Posted up in the center of the pub. Me and these two mad lads started drilling. Ice was about 4 inches and ol' Stout was struggling to breach through the ice. After a few minutes of turmoil he was finally able to break and we heard the glorious rush of the water gushing like a foutian out of the portal to the dark unknown. We stood there conquistadors above a murky gold; fish. We set our thrones upon the ice and readied our rods. Our mouths watering at the thought of the first fish. With bait and hand a glee in our hearts we awaited the first bite. But folks, as everyone knows, fishing isn't about the catch nor the side of the fish. But it's the spot and the friends we make along the way. We caught no fish, not even ol' Stout. But we had a splendid time, and like the conquistadors of old we left with nothing. Oh yea and there's uhh ... darts in the back or something.“

“For a hotel, it certainly was refreshing. Traveling a lot you don't always get the best food selection.
With that said, the crispy Brussels sprouts, OH-EM-GEE. Hear me out. They were the best thing I think I've eaten...in well, ever. It wasn't just the whole Brussels sprout itself, it was mostly the outer skins that was coated in seasonings, oil, and crispy. They were SO GOOD!
I definitely recommend the French Onion soup as well, we had that twice. 😋“

“I went there for the first time for karaoke and had a great time. The bartenders were very friendly and fast. I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries. It was delicious. The prices were great I will definitely be going there again. Came back with my friend it really is a great place to chill and sing karaoke lol I had wings with fries today. Was really good and the wings are meaty some places the wings are mostly bone here they are meaty and great. I went there again and had the buffalo chicken wing omg it was amazing truly a must try.“

“I recently visited the District 7 Restaurant & Bar and had an amazing experience. The BBQ chicken wings at the bar were delicious. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by Edei, who made the best Old Fashioned cocktails in New Jersey. Highly recommend this place for a great experience!“
“I've been going to the South River Pub for many many years and I used to bartend there as well. It's my hometown bar and I love it. My mom knew the owners and i grew up with their kids and they have become like family. I particularly love karaoke night on Fridays with DJ Rob, who has become a dear friend to me over the years as well. The regulars are fun, kind and caring people and when I go there it feels like family. Like “Cheers.†They don't serve food but you can bring your own if you like. Sometimes for special events and football, Lil will make a little food buffet for the customers. It's always a fun time.“

“This is the Cuzins in New Brunswick, not the one we go to in Marlboro. Place is fairly new and beautiful. Food was good, not great. We had the octopus and tuna tartar with clam chowders. The chowders ( one white,one red ) were excellent. The hostess was great. Our waitress left a lot to be desired. She served us ok but she seemed to not like her job. We would go back if in the neighborhood.“

“Came here with my girlfriend, I wouldn't say it was exactly welcoming at first. It's a local old school type of bar. Well know in the neighborhood. They do sell food but like any local bar that does you have to catch them at the moment everyone is ordering because its literally one person behind the bar. Prices are good and if you want to chat over some games and a drink this is the spot. Reminds me of the Alibi from shameless.“
