“Excelent neighborhood bar! Most bars in the area have mediocre or bad food. This place is different. They care about what they serve. Wings and bar pies are outstanding and home made specials. Bar tenders are fast and attentive and atmosphere is friendly. 5 stars for a fantastic spot!“
“Some employees call my parents mom and dad and occasionally used my parents house for party mischief while I would be at home. A couple employees one that became a ecdysiast and the other her age use to overnight housesit back in 2015-16 on Mayflower for a gentleman while the whole family was home as a occasional live in. Other then that it's a terrific dinning facility and a family friendly atmosphere. Sometimes employees get put under pressure and get caught up in a enchanting moment or moment of glory. That's because they are enabled to be incorrigible idolatry narcissist to be better then some. This may cause a slight mood but it is a truly great place with great people.“
“First time last night, and I wish I had gotten the bar tender's name to mention, but she was a doll! There was a $7 Quesadilla special, so we got a chicken quesadilla. It was delicious and an excellent value. We were with friends, and I tried a boneless wing, and they were also yummy. We took a sandwich and Ranchero fries to go, and they were still hot and delicious when we got home about forty minutes later. The chicken in the quesadilla was like steak sandwich style chicken, but it was juicy and flavorful. Overall, very standard bar food prepared well ?“
“Food was good. I had white pizza which could be shared but menu made it seem small. One friend had fish and chips and another had a burger. I believe that our server left before we got our check. Little noisy if you are hard of hearing.“
“Went on a Sunday afternoon to watch some NFL Playoff football. Bartenders were fast/friendly, drinks were cold/served perfect, and food was good. There are TV's everywhere, so there really isn't a bad seat. Great atmosphere, friendly crowd, with a sports bar look and feel. Plenty of parking and bathrooms are spotless. When in town again, we will definitely stop in.“
“Tons of wing flavors, I haven’t tried ALL of them, but I plan to. The wings them self are meaty, and cook crispy. I LOVE that. Pricing is regular, drinks are so good! The service was ON POINT and I can’t wait to come back and try more win flavors!“
“Just recently we celebrated our daughter’s bridal shower at the Americana Kitchen and Bar. I can’t express how impressed I was with everything. From the staff being so kind, friendly and attentive. The food, the artisanal bread basket the delicious elegantly plated entrées, the dessert was so beautiful and delicious. The cake was made exactly as my inspiration photos. The ambience of the live jazz band playing in the background was superb! If you looking to book your next event and impress your guests don’t look no further. Call Americana Kitchen and Bar and speak to Athena.“
“Nice place. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It is not as “fancy” as many of the reviews make it appear. We made a stop by here with the whole fam. Although there is no kids menu it was casual enough for them and there were plenty of options for them.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but plenty of options for them.“
“33's Tavern has slammin’ tacos and great wings! I’ve had the fish tacos multiple times before and they never disappoint. Today was the first time we got wings and they were big and juicy! My husband got the steak tacos and they were also scrumptious! They are located right on Old Bridge Turnpike! (There is one wing missing that was consumed before I thought about sharing this gem!) 33’s is a bar, but you can totally go in and eat and/or grab takeout! Prices are extremely reasonable for what you get! ??“
“What a gem of a place in the Plainsboro area (which doesn’t have many bars to begin with). Good food, great prices, amazing service, clean. No super loud music means you can actually talk with the people at your table. Great place to chill out after a long day or work.“
“The food is really good they have a standard gastropub type menu and then a seasonal menu on rotation the chef mixes up. Very large bar area that can get quite busy. Many craft beers on tap and they offer flights. There are tvs in the bar area for sports and a space for live music. Parking is adjacent to the restaurant never had an issue finding a spot. In the summer there is a larger outdoor seating area“
“The best Indo-Chinese food we have had in the US. The service was exceptional with the Chef himself coming out to check in on us. Each and every dish was delicious. The robots help deliver food to the table. This was quite unique. This was a special dinner for us, with family flying in from India, Atlanta and DC to celebrate a weekend together. And SpiceRack made it a special one. Will surely repeat every time I drive up to NJ.“
“This place is amazing. The food was fresh and huge portions. I’ve been here about 3-4 times. I like this restaurant very much. The sangria is phenomenal! Best I’ve ever had. The salad, simple but incredibly delicious. Fresh baked bread also does not disappoint. I’d definitely recommend, even the sangria alone is worth the trip. They’re definitely doing something right there!!“
“This was surely an unknown treasure . I really thought it was a regular bottle shop , but boooooom, there was a decent sized bar inside .: and what’s even better is they have taps with Stella and few other beers . Amazing place …Service was so good. The waitress had all smiles on her and served patiently . Loved Stella draft .. they have some TVs to watch and drink. Price was awesome too. Just about 4.50 for a Stella . Regular bars charge 6-8 $ . Everything amazing but why still a 4 ⭐️ ? I didn’t see any food menu. Not sure if they serve food. I know it’s not a full fledged bar/restaurant but some food will help.Overall an amazing experience…“
“Had dinner and drinks with friends! The food was the usual bar food menu and it was delicious. Service was friendly , attentive and great. The place also has a good vibe going on. My only complaint was the bar noise can get a little overwhelming! Otherwise a great place to visit!“
“Certainly a mouthful, Garden State Bar + Ryders Lane Wine & Spirits in Milltown, is the definition of a hidden gem, offering a very cozy and laid-back atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding. The bar boasts a simple yet diverse menu, featuring options like wings, flatbreads, comfort foods, hummus platters, tex-mex, burgers, and Mama's special selection that has bhel, thepla, and plenty of tandoori style options. I opted for the Tandoori Masala Sauce Chicken Wings, a unique and flavorful choice, paired with a refreshing Miller Lite. What sets this place apart is its rare combination of serving Chaat-style Indian foods alongside alcoholic beverages. It's a distinctive offering that you won't easily find elsewhere, especially in New Jersey. While not a large venue, it's an ideal spot for a few friends to enjoy affordable drinks, catch a sports game, or grab a quick lunch in the Milltown area.Garden State Bar stands out as a welcoming local watering hole, providing a relaxed, well priced, and friendly environment for its patrons.“
“Always a hometown feel going to the Pub. Friendly, inviting and a nice safe environment to drink. The bartenders truly bring a hometown feel to the bar. Grab a beer, try their Pub Sauce specialty wings and meet Val, Sylvia, and Chris they are FANTASTIC. Give it a shot on Tuesday nights for Bingo!“

“A great place to have fun with friends and family. We always have a great time when we come to Vitu Streets .Kid-friendliness: It's a dining room where you can sit as a family with kids ,but it is a bar Separate from the family dining.“
“We tried this place yesterday for the first time. We went to find out what Music Bingo (every Thursday) was all about. Although we caught the end, we had a good time. We had a few apps that were huge and a good drink. The vibe was fun and lively. All the staff were friendly, as well as the customers we interacted with. it was a lot nicer than I anticipated and the back area looks like it will be amazing when it gets warmer. I'm definitely going back.“
“It's a local bar that does not have food but has reseaonable priced drinks for a local bar. It has a pool table, they sell lotto, and packaged beer. The bartenders are friendly and attentive, and the bar tends to have themed nights/special nights. If you like a good dive bar, "Dive" right in.CASH ONLY“
“I went here for happy hour yesterday with friends and had a great time! Our server Zeniah was so attentive and accommodating, making sure that we were taken care of from start to finish, which added to our overall experience. The drink and food options are pretty nice too, I got the Shrooms appetizer and really liked it. Definitely one of the best happy hour spots in the area! Thank you!“
“Excellent place to unwind,Have a drink and enjoy the company. Very nice clientele, amazing bartenders especially Amanda.. They have pool, lottery, Take out drinks, cigarettes, Stop in and check this place out I recommend stopping in for yourself.“
“Originally a blacksmith shop and inn before turning into a tavern with the repeal of Prohibition in 1933. I may have been thrown out of here, several times. This bar is proudly #14 on NJ.com's Best Dive Bars list. I really like this place, wish it was closer to home. We used to find it by the giant satellite dish they had outside. I once tried to kiss a girl who worked here. She was so horrified she ran into the street. "Nooo..." Good times. Recently renovated before Covid. Bar top is lacquered plywood with a knotty pine fascia and walls. No foot rail but the floor is burnished (scorched) plywood. Stools are metal frame backed with cushion seats. Open 11AM to 2AM. Package goods available. Allegedly, there's a prison style two seater bathroom, sans privacy screen. More local history at keenbug.blogspot.comEvidence of billiards and electronic darts. Unused fireplace and hearth. They should should throw the Mp3 juke in the fire. Outside pen for smokers & dining al fresco. I'm told they have better food. I've seen the new menu and it looks like standard bar fare with a few salads thrown in to confuse you. Still, I miss it so...keenbug.blogspot.com/202…“
