“The best Mexican food and service!!!“

“Inside could use a touch up, I'm pretty sure there was someone camping in the men's room. The amount of meat on all the burritos, tacos, and nachos was less than adequate bordering on rip off. Huge scoop of beans though 😒. Ice in the drink was at maximum capacity. While waiting for the 5 or so items I drank half the drink, when going for a refill I knocked out half a cup of ice. Yes 10 mins and the ice was still to the cap. Guy behind the counter was extremely nice, kept apologizing for the wait (it was slammed at the moment from walk-ins and drive thru) guy told me to use the women's room to wash my hands because men's room was locked or occupied by a camper or possibly someone with intestinal distress code brown for the entire time I was there. Nachos and dirty greasy hands isn't a good combo.
If they didn't skimp on the meat and fixed the men's room situation it would be 5 for 5. They have good people working this location.“

“Nacho Bae has a special place in our hearts. So much so that we come from around an hour away just for the food, atmosphere, and amazing service. Muhammad and Arwa gave us exceptional service and frequently came buy to ensure everything was ok. Their energy and willingness to help was great! The food was fresh and tasted much better than anywhere I have been to. The store atmosphere was great as well. Nice music and nice decor. I’ll be coming again to nacho bae and this is one of the top 5 restaurants I have been to all thanks to the food and arwa and Muhammad!“

“We eat here once a week, faithfully. Actually because we have such a big order, we order it for delivery to Piscataway. I ate there twice in the restaurant and was HOOKED! The flavors are so DELICIOUS! We’ve have our favorite menu items and a nice variety. Hands down best place to eat!“

Being that we love the food so much and we go quite often I decided to learn Spanish and I communicated what food we wanted in Spanish and to my surprise we got exactly what i asked for. “We had our son's high school graduation dinner here and it was amazing!! I met with Alfredo to come up with a prefix menu for our family gathering. From the appetizer of chicken empanada with all the fixings, to filled burritos of every kind, and the amazing atmosphere, this was an amazing day! Alfredo and his staff were attentive to us and we left with our bellies full of authentic Mexican meals!! We can't wait to go back and enjoy this local restaurant and share more memories and enjoy delicious food!“

“I ate at the Monroe store today. I had never been at a Buubakoos before and did not know what to expect. I had the pork burrito and it was off the hook. The place was spotless and the service was spot on. The manager came over and introduced himself as John and asked if everything was satisfactory, and it was more than satisfactory. You would think John was the owner not just the manager, he cared as if was his own business. It was good to see that. I will be back for sure, my new go to place.“

They were definitely the favorite. The fish was tender and nicely seasoned.The seasoning and cook on other things were a little hit or miss. Barbacoa had great taste but too salty, arabes were dry, lengua was disappointingly dry and bland. The salsa verde was used liberally to save many of the tacos.The flautas were nice and crispy but the chicken inside was dry.The tripe had some crunchy bits that some people might like but I found them tough.The campenchanos in the flour tortilla were also a bit salty but I liked how soft the tortilla was.The tamales had nice texture, but the cheese stick inside was strange for me.“

They had so many fresh made salsa and bottled hot sauce to put on my burrito. I think I found my new Mexican spot. Can't wait to try more of the menu. Highly recommend. 10/10“

“My order was ready when I got to the restaurant. My meal was prepared exactly as ordered. The food was not hot(just warm). I had to put it in my microwave before eating it. The portion for my grilled chicken bowl was not as large as usual. Everything however, tasted good I will still be ordering from this restaurant again however I will place my order in the store instead of online.“

“This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area! The food is delicious and very authentic. The ambiance and decorations make you feel like you are visiting Mexico. The staff are super friendly too. Overall a great experience.

Parking: When I come at off hours (11:00-3:00 PM) it's easy to find parking on the street. Probably not that easy during the evening rush.

“Tacos tripa and carnitas were really delicious; tender tripa and tasty carnitas with just the right crunch. Pollo de Mole Oaxaqueno was fantastic. The chicken was super moist and tender and some of the best mole sauce I have ever had. Highly recommended- I will definitely be back!“

“This is a very small place to eat and I usually order to pick up. What I can say is the food it’s authentic Mexican , so tasty and delicious , I’m not a big fan of spicy foods but this place use enough condiments on their meats , they use jalapeños but if you don’t want them, request not to put them on your food…overall food it’s delicious highly recommend“

The service was adequate.We had a burrito bowel, one verde con pollo (chicken w green sauce) tamale, one mole con pollo (chicken with mole) tamale, and a chicken tostada. For drinks we had jarrito mandarine and tamarind piña.The burrito was standard. The verde con pollo was delicious and the tostada was generous and tasty. The mole sauce was more bitter than sweet; it’s different from most places. The tamarind piña was good too.

“The food in this place is really good, the tacos, burritos and homemade Mexican soups are outstanding. The place is a little dated and they have a very small parking lot. I must admit I do have one pet peeve with the beef soup. They put green beans in the soup. Not a fan of that. Other than that the service and people working there are very nice“

“Had been wanting to try Chapin for a while, but the cash only setup made it a bit tricky at first. Finally came prepared with the right change (and then some).

The place has limited about 3-4 people seating with stools on opposite sides of the wall. Tried their beef burrito — total came to $14.75 with a side of Tamarindo. Fair enough by Princeton standards. The taste? Solid. Not something that’ll knock your socks off, but definitely good value for the price. Noticed it’s a spot frequented by Latino customers — so I trust they know the authentic flavors far better than I do as an outsider. All in all, worth the visit if you’re in the area and craving something casual“

“Stopped at the new Tesla Supercharger down the block. Not many good food options on site but we found Sam’s thru google search. With Boars Head meats and great reviews we had to give it a try! So glad we did! Very generous portions and good bread too. Amazing Jersey Subs!! The place had a steady stream of customers coming in too while they crafted our sandwiches which proved it’s well loved by the locals. They have some picnic tables just outside! Sam I recommend you move down the block next to the charger or once the Tesla Supercharger location is added to the Google maps (I submitted a request to google already) you need to get people to add a review mentioning your deli there.“
