“Having coffee and working on laptop. Gentleman comes in, orders and inappropriately starts complaining it wasn’t right. The young lady offered every option to help him. She was genuine, professional and really tried everything but he wouldn’t hear any of her solutions. Funny thing is it seemed like it WAS what he ordered. He oddly walked in and out a few times making the situation worse, finally leaving. Had it escalated beyond his complaints, I would have intervened. Fortunately it didnt come to that. Especially on Sept 11. Be happy and be proud- not a whiney PITA. Bravo to the staff for their courteous and customer dedicated demeanor.“
“Went around 7pm and they actually had sold out of munchkins but wasn’t the end of the world and the cashier said that she still had a few donuts left. She was very nice and she was very patient with us. Definitely recommend instead of the other Dunkin down the road.“
