“Honestly, it makes me so happy that a place like this still exists in downtown Montclair. I picked up two pizzas today - a pepperoni and a cheese for $25. The woman there was incredibly sweet and gave me a free container of cut watermelon as well. I really like their pizza and have always sung their praises - it’s slightly spicy. Traditional? Not exactly but I’m Italian and I think it’s delicious for a good price so that’s what matters. Hope they’re around for a long time — they’ve always been there for me in a later night pinch“

“This was my first time here after a friend suggested it, and it was AMAZING! I am always hunting for a place that has delicious sauce and can make that perfect crunchy coating on chicken that stays crispy for hours, and this place IS IT! The food really looks as good in person as it does in the images. I had the honey garlic boneless chicken and mixed with the white rice, it is especially delicious! The secret sauce was great too, very unique and floral and just the right spiciness.

Also worth noting was the fantastic lady who helped us today! I’m assuming she’s the owner/manager…she was so friendly and welcoming, the kind of person you’re happy to see every time. Between the food and her kind energy, we will definitely be coming back for more soon!!“

Hubby was looking for something to eat and found Dominican Pica Pollo. Fried chicken with Dominican seasoning, it's so good.

I got the sandwich and hubby got chicken pieces. Have to say I prefer the chicken pieces. The chicken in the sandwich was a little overcooked so it was very dry, even though it is wonderfully seasoned.

Will go back for the chicken pieces yum.“

“Good Portuguese restaurant. Food was delicious, good sangria. Middle range prices. Personally I think it has certain coziness, but it must be because I don’t like that “modern” style/look. A few TV’s one of them really big. Few tables, and bar area. Small bar/restaurant. Service is okay. Only issue with me is that the area is very busy, hard to find parking in the street and yes, you can park on their driveway, which it fits about 6 cars or so, but you have to keep moving your car because you are blocking another person when they leave. Also if you are having a few TV’s on, and music playing as well, the volume for one of them should be lowered. It is a small place to have the TV so loud.“

My mom and friends like the chicken meals; I enjoy tostones, salad, rice, yucca, beans (frijoles), green sauce, puffed cheese pastries, and more. Since the 2020’s began, however, there is only the Take-out option; no dine-in.
A word of caution: be careful to park legally on the street; I’ve gotten a couple of parking tickets there over the years.“

I ordered take out and there was just a little a mix up, I think someone else picked up my order. He apologized right away and had them remake my order. It was so fast and he gave me a free brownie plus gift cards for 3 free biscuits. Above and beyond!“

“I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.

The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.

The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.“
