“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

“We visited Hug A Mug for ceramic painting and coffee, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The space is creative and welcoming, and the coffee was delicious, but what really stood out was the service.

The staff member working (wish I caught her name!) was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. She somehow managed to take orders, make drinks, and guide us through picking out our pieces and colors, all with a smile and calm energy. It was impressive how much she multitasked during my short time there!

We had a good time, and I can’t wait to come back, especially to see how our pieces turn out! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, creative activity with great coffee ☕🎨“

Small micro batches made with natural ingredients and real flavors. Great owner and staff. Very nice people who go above and beyond to help create a wonderful experience. “Amazing tea shop! My wife and I enjoyed the Tea Ceremony with owner Fengxiao very much. Extremely relaxing and informative. Fengxiao spent extra time with us and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Her very laid back approach to the ceremony made it very enjoyable. It was well worth our 2 hour drive to her shop. After the ceremony we purchased one of the 3 amazing teas we had. It was the Wild Old Tree Lao Ban Zhang Ripe Pu-erh Tea, 2005. A very good Puer at an extremely reasonable price. We also purchase a clay pot of excellent quality which was also very well priced. I am going to use Sinofilia Tea Shop for future online purchases. I highly recommend visiting Fengxiao’s store and booking the Tea Ceremony. At the end of our visit, we felt like we had met a new friend!“

“This is likely my favorite cafe thanks to solid service, food, drinks, ambiance (quiet😊). I like to pick up the in-house sealed earl grey kcups as well as the moroccan mint kcups for home. The avocado toast, banana pudding, cheese danish were all delish!“

“You know, when this place first opened, it wasn't all that great – from customer service to getting the orders right and having enough bakery stuff in stock, it was a bit of a mess. But things have really turned around, and I can tell 'cause I'm a regular here. I'm glad they switched up their team. Nowadays, everyone's super friendly, and they've got their act together. Orders come out right, and they've got plenty of goodies on hand, so they don't run out too quick.

But the best part? I gotta give a big shoutout to one of their crew members. Like I said, I'm a regular, and a few months back, I was having a seriously rough week. I hit the drive-thru for some coffee to lift my spirits, and the barista taking my order noticed I wasn't my usual self. He asked how I was doing, and for some reason, that question hit me hard, and I just started bawling my eyes out. It was kinda embarrassing 'cause it came outta nowhere, and I was feeling super overwhelmed that day – didn't even have the energy to hide it. But this guy, Waleeb, he was a champ. He was so polite, friendly, and just real, you know? He dashed off and got me a cake pop, jotted down a sweet note on the bag, and his kindness and understanding completely turned my day around from a downer to a upper. I'll never forget that. And now, every time I swing by and Waleeb's on shift, he brings this awesome, positive vibe. It makes me feel all warm and welcome, and that's what customer service should be all about. Seriously, Waleeb deserves a raise for being such a star at customer service.“

“Our / Nuestra Passion is a great little coffee spot. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the fruit crêpes on Sunday. I thought they were the best. I was ready to go back Monday for more they are closed. The smoothie my daughter had was delicious fresh strawberries and mango. I only wish I realized sooner they were located right on Main Street . I have been there twice now and always a great time. Best coffee and food . Great staff friendly and kind.“

“I’m averaging out my rating… many times we get coffee and donuts and sometimes it tastes funny sometimes it’s good. There’s only been one visit where it was 1 star. We bought a couple orders of the bagel bites and it was cold, the cream cheese tasted rotten and the whole thing had a weird smell like a hospital smell. 🤮“

It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. He made our drinks a few days in a row and my husband noticed the difference too!“
