“VERY,VERY BUSY PLACE. I was by myself because I was on a business trip first night which was Friday and could not get a seat at the bar. So I opted to come back the next evening and got a seat. The bartenders were very friendly and very knowledgeable of what they were serving. Joked around and had a good time and seemed like their jobs. I got a ribeye steak with mashed potatoes. Those cooked perfection even when I asked them to make sure the steak was dry. I can always tell what kind of meat facility serves when you don't put anything like steak, butter or spices on it. You should not have to do that. And I'm telling you that the steak was a very prime, a good grade of steak. Overall, that atmosphere was great. A little dark for my taste but that's what you get when you go to a place like this. If you're going to visit here, plan to make sure that you see that they're going to be on a wait no matter what. Can't wait to go back. In fact, I'll probably be the one in Florida in a few weeks“

“We had not been to this restaurant since pre covid. The prior owner turned us off. All I can say is Wow! I’m so glad we decided to try again since it’s change in ownership over the last few years. Dad's Hat, of course, specializes in Pennsylvania Rye, but this tasting room offers so much more. In addition to their wide array of different ryes, they have a meticulously curated assortment of spirits and beers to craft a wide assortment of well crafted cocktails. Truly a great experience!“

“The Bridesburg Pub for years is a fun place to go. There is always people that you know in there. This particular late day into night visit was awesome with our bartender, Tony, who we were all meeting for the first time. He was very friendly, attentive to our drinks, just a great guy!. My girlfriend and I were on a Chambord kick and I was impressed that they had that liqueur and Tony was no stranger in making my Chambord Sours and Debbie’s French Martini’s.

Parking: We found spots right by the Bridesburg Pub. It was Labor Day Weekend also.“

“Nice, clean hidden little gem with wonderful staff, excellent beer/cocktail/beverage menu, but the food menu might even be better! Lots & lots of choices, and generous portions, and high quality. Lots of entertainment, and friendly patrons. Debbie & I went for her 1st time ever, and she loved how "comfy" it made her feel (and she can be hard to please when it comes to local shot & beer places *lol*). A huge bonus is the menu prices are like they're stuck in the 80's. Your money will go far at this well kept secret gastro-pub. Good job Sadie's Irish Pub. “I had dinner with my wife on Friday night. We live 2 blocks away. Normally we stop in to a have few drinks and get some apps, which are always good. Last night I tried some of the dinner choices. I couldn’t decide so I got the Seafood Gumbo which was outstanding. Then I got the Southern Fried CatFish with the mustard sauce, which was amazing. They were both big portions, (I didn’t finish either, although I tried, haha). My wife had buffalo cauliflower and dry Cajun wings which were both really good. The food is a hidden gem that we have in Palmyra, the prices are good and the service is always great. We had the young guy with hat and he was awesome. The bartenders even jump out to make sure the tables are ok. The acoustic guy playing was just right also. I know the owners have worked hard to keep 5 West going the last few years. Keep up the Great work!!“

Bartenders need to learn how to work the remote for the music , It is Bose system that you can adjust for each end of the bar and the right channel is off along with the bass . lol I always listen to music when I am there .“

“They had a barbecue yesterday and the food was absolutely amazing. Tim and Ashley( the man and woman making and serving the food) are super friendly and fast with your order. I felt like no sooner did I order my meal , they were there handing me a plate full of hot delicious food. I would definitely recommend going there to eat on the days that Tim and Ashley are there.“

“Stopped in for some eats and beers ,sat at bar took several minutes to be acknowledged even though wasn't that busy finally was given service got some beers and went outside .orders sampler platter apps wings ,mozz sticks ,and skins average wings where good then we both had cheese steaks both really good and good roll .whish kitchen was open past 9 especially in summer doesn't even get dark till then but overall nice little bar live you can smoke on patio and eat and drink .“

“The best decision I made was throwing a surprise 60th birthday party at Chickie’s and Pete’s on the boulevard! The party took place in a private back room that held 30 guests. Shout outs to Prima, the party planner and Frank, the server. My guests were very impressed with the atmosphere, menu selection options, and attentive service!! I highly recommend holding any celebratory event here.“

“This the definition of a dive bar. I went there after my 21st birthday and the beer was very cheap two dollars for a Coors light on tap. The bartender woman was super friendly and very helpful. The only thing I don't like is that they allow smoking inside which is great if your a smoker or don't mind the smell and smoke of tobacco in the air. I can't stand having someone two seats away from me smoking his cigarette or cigars or whatever type of tobacco they are smoking and having to breathe in all that tobacco smoke that is in the air while drinking my beer is very unpleasant for me. I honestly like drinking my beers at home. I definitely do have a crush on the bartender. I honestly might just go back to enjoy a cheap beer and talk with the bartender again.“

“A very clean shop located within the Acme Supermarket. The selection of beer and wine is very good as are the prices. One of my favorite places to go to for a six pack. One can also drink there at the nice tables without the crowded bar scene. They provide homemade salsa with your purchase if you drink it there. Highly recommend a visit.“
