“Went in today for the first time. Had a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries, the tofu in peanut sauce, and they threw in a sample of an eggplant appetizer for free, which I appreciate. I really enjoyed everything I got, very much in fact. Just know that it is expensive, though a lot of vegan places are, so it's not like a unique criticism of this place in particular. The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10“

“I love coming to Tandoori Chef for dinner. The restaurant has 4 booth-like tables and has excellent service as well as a nice expansive menu with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. This authentic Indian restaurant has a very friendly staff that is accommodating when asked for recommendations or extra pitas or sauce. \n\nAlso a great take-out restaurant with food ready in 20 minutes or less. Plenty of parking in Maplewood Village.“

“This place is excellent. I bought my friend from Japan with his family and was happy to take them to Cornbread for some authentic soul food. Needless to say my friend and his family loved the experience. They were finishing a road trip throughout the US and they thought the food at Cornbread was some of the best they had in their month long journery. The turkey wings were particularly good and I'm saying this as a person who is mostly vegetarian. Service was also excellent with attentive help and the servers were conversational and friendly with my friends and I. Bathrooms were also very clean. I wholeheartedly recommend Cornbread Montclair as a solid business and a great place for delicious Soul Food.“

Whether we get take out or dine in, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, the music is calming jazz and the booths are so comfortable. We have many favorite dishes @ we especially love the thickness & taste of the raita. We highly recommend this restaurant, and we also enjoyed it 25 years ago when it was Begum Palace. “What an amazing place. The service is impeccable! I had the Chilean sea bass and it was truly amazing! Several people at my table were raving about it. The desserts are amazing too. Definitely recommend coming here! The food was amazing and our waiter and the rest of the servers truly made this a special place to come!“

I got the original chicken with rice platters and one chicken mix gyro wrap. Excellent and momma is really hard to please. We’re transplants from NYC and with NYC being at the top of the dining out / take home capital it is tough for many States and counties to compete with the flavor and cooking styles easily found in NYC just around every corner.

OMGRYRO easily hits all the marks with the exception of the Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken flavor profile is no bueno in my humble opinion and that is because it doesn’t come close to tasting like jerk seasoning and can’t compare to true jerk style flavor.

Everything else is we ordered and devoured tasted great, high on flavor with decent portion sizes.

Hope they put the Jerk Season flavor to the chicken NYC style.“

“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. “We made a reservation for 14 people here to celebrate our engagement with family and the experience was incredible!

I reached out to the restaurant in advance to make the reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful answering questions and making sure that the reservation was correct. I then was able to follow up and pre-order appetizers for our group and the staff at Agricola made great recommendations that everyone loved.

Our dining experience was incredible and with amazing service from Marco everyone was thoroughly impressed! The food and drinks were phenomenal which added to the experience!

Additionally Agricola made the night very special writing a card for my Fiancée and I and presenting us with a congratulatory dessert!! I would highly recommend Agricola to anyone and especially for special occasions or celebrations!!“
