We had meatballs & ziti, garlic bread, Caesar salad and rolls. Ordered two gluten free meals and they were delicious. All accompaniments and serving utensils were included. Can't wait to sample their menu at future events.”

My apple pay was failing me and I couldn’t pay for my child’s ice cream; then Cheinha (our server who helped us with such eagerness from start to finish) payed my balance. “Unlike most convenient stores, this store had a very pleasant scent walking through the door, I was gonna get a drink and a snack before school, but I just had to try the pizza there, and my nose wasn't lying. The food tasted good and the boy working there got my pizza just right. Though small and between a rough neighborhood, I'd say it was a diamond in the rough. A well ran and welcoming store for anyone who likes grabbing a snack and bev for the munchies.”

“First, this is my go to happy spot, been coming twice a year for the past 10 years, celebrated birthdays, Mother's day, and just to escape the LA blues and recharge at beach. This is the first I felt unseen, I had to ask who my server was after 15 minutes while others in the same area got immediate attention. In the end we got a server, who was handling the outside table, the place with busy it was the end of brunch. Because we had the outdoor tables we were not checked in on, not sure why he didn't engage the other host. Apparently the confusion was that we had cocktails, as we had moved from the bar once our table was ready. I often arrive a little early to relax from the drive, grab a drink and then move to the table, and usually servers are territorial. Anyway aside from the valet and the food runners which were abundant, the servers had drama. In the end, I spoke with the manager as they came by to ask how everything was, but that it. I left a 20% tip on a $136.00 lunch for 2, will come again, and hope for better service.”
